I want it open to almost any car, BRZ, 120i, swift, Integra, Celica civic etc, that way your only vehicle limit is your imagination, I'm thinking of lowering the BHP limit, to around 190BHP,

maybe, that would depend on what a pre season race results, if it shows that some cars are clearly faster then yes,

Looks cool Dave but is that pic not the African series? Seen a race of it very similar to that pic. (Golf vs Mini vs Cruze :dopey:) A Chevy Cruze too not a Holden, which Aussies re badge it too... :sly:

Edit: Found your pic it is indeed what I thought hehe :D.

If times fit ofc I'll be interested too :P.

@kitten, depending on your choice of vehicle then possibly, if your going with the prius or yaris etc then yes, it will be required to get the BHP, but if your car is easily over the BHP limit then keep it standard, a pre season race will iron out the fine print,

@paulmac, I'm not exactly sure what that picture is from, but it was what came up on the google search, and its the closest thing I got to what I wanted, as the late 90s Australian GT production series photo I actually wanted isn't easy to find,

no weight limit set as of yet, as I'm waiting for somewhat of a car list to develop, then once we have that we will use one that is fair to all car's,

cool, something that I've got to add to the OP is the English light weight's are not eligible, maybe the Evora, as that's the heaviest, but no elise, S7 fireblide etc,

Your FF and FR only with production cars sorta covers that, Lotus are MR. Also I wouldn't call the Caterham fireblade a production car given the more mainstream ones have car engines :P. (1.8 Ford engines etc ;))

I agree, BUT people can be moron's! if its not spelt out in plain black and white they will argue the point,

If I joined this (in Volvo C30,) would you join ITCC?

No, I'm not bribing- Wait, yes I am.

Anyways, given the low HP, I think weight will be the critical factor, I'll look into a good FF car. The HP's too low for me to think of FR.

not if you went for a 86 corolla, but I'm trying to go a class lower then ITCC, get some more undesirable car's,

Yeah, no '86 Corolla for me. :dopey: I like to stick to somewhat new cars. That Corolla's got more years than I do!

Otherwise, the ITCC car list doesn't look that different, it's the specs that are the huge difference. But, that just might make draft more important than tuning, etc., making it easy to have even closer bumper-to-bumper action. And, at lower speeds, curb-hopping... Seems fun!

But ITCC you would prefer the Civic you ran last year as oppose to my SWRC Civic, or even the Accord or Integra oppose to the Civic,? or the corolla RUNX/ Aerotourer over the Vits/ yaris?

The formula I'm going for looks like this,

Small car's X Low BHP / low weight + high grip tires = wider track / 4 wide action X 16 car's = Big smiles,

But as this is slow going on getting sign up's I may use this thread for the highly confidential new series I'm currently specing,

Ok guy's, due to the lack of interest in this series, I'm using this thread thread for another interest check, hopefully more interest,

Dave, I think you want to change it to Peugeot  anyways good to see it going 👍

 Its unusual to find an American with knowledge of the outside world, ( I was thinking Mongolia because it has nice twisty roads, and I have seen the Chinese rally championship on youtube there, then I thought Everest!) though Australia is starting to get like that too, at the last place I worked I asked some to name a country in Europe, they replied, There's the one with the rattle snake's, seriously?

are you going to sign up?

Probably not, I'm not really into rallying. The history/geography lover in me just had to correct you. :D
