Can´t download videos!?!

Just became a member,but still i can´t download the videos!It keeps saying your not logged in!

Sorry for my english(I´m a sweed and got no really englishskil) ;o)

Hi Eldorado, welcome to GTPlanet. You're English is not bad at all.

Try clearing your Temporary Internet Files and your Cookies, then log back into the site. It should take care of the problem.

Well, I have the same problem, but even with a cleared Temp. Internet Files + Cookie-map, I can't download.

After the message that I have to be logged to download, my logged status disappears if I click 'Gran Turismo 3' or an other button

What could be the problem in this case?

That sounds like you're computer isn't accepting cookies. In IE, go to "Tools", "Internet Options", and then the "Privacy" tab. Move the slider up or down to a lower level of scurity, or Accept All Cookies if you want.

Hmpf, my computer is very strange

Well, today, after I came home, I ran my pc and the download actually worked :/ So my problem is solved...I only had to reboot my computer after deleting those cookies...

Sometimes, I draw my conclusions too fast

I had to delete my cookies and IE files(Damn it) i had to restart and put accept all cookies on .

I can log in and everything, but when i click on Download, it doesn't start downloading it tries to stream it and it fals....timeout connecting to media.

Have you tried right-clicking on the link and selecting "Save Target As..."?

ame of the logging again. and On my pc the settings are just like you told as

I can't get the E3 GT4 Montage - Game Menus video to download. I've tried different browsers and security settings all it does is download a 0kb file. Lastly in my GT4 Video thread you said something about adding some of the videos to GTPlanet is this true? Help !

Have you tried downloading the videos anyway?

Alpha, the link to the file you want is fixed now, and yes I will be adding all of those videos listed on your thread tomorrow. I have already added a few, just not updated the home page yet. I will also contact you privately about working out something with the videos...keep an eye on your PM inbox.
