I'm gonna assume Arcade Cars:
T1 : 21.051
T2 : 38.392
T3 : 58.182
This was in the Calsonic! There's barely a whisker between these cars, I've had a 20.563 at T1 (in the Zexel) but went wide on the next but one corner and onto the sand with all 4 wheels.
Much to come I think...

I hopped in the arcade Calsonic for about 30 minutes before making the T-times leaderboard.
Best clean lap has: 20.044 / 37.201 / 56.708
Ran a few 19.9's, a couple 37.1's and one 56.6.

I love this track, but I know there are others that are much faster than me here. :(

The Skylines are much faster shifting 500rpm before the red markings on the tach. Too bad I drive auto. 👎
Maybe I'll switch to manual if it gets close towards the end of the week. :mischievous:

If you drive auto and shift to standard you'll need a good deal of time to get used to it. If you want my advice, hold the shifter buttons down until you want it to shift; that way you can still control the revs you shift at.

Edit: Oh yeah, where are the week 84 results?
Edit: Nevermind; I thought you were talking about shifting after the redline. :dunce:

20.223
37.311
56.958
This combo is more dificult than it looks.(is this English?)
Question:are the grey strips beside the track considerd as track?

I was going to be a smart ass and post a picture of the city skyline in Laguna but I couldn't find anything. So just laugh and then go back to what you were doing.

"Ha ha ha"

Thanks! I thought it was funny too! You guys are great! I'll be here all week - try the shrimp! (:

So far.... 4 more laps sees
Loctite Zexel Skyline gives
T1 19.872 (19.742)
T2 36.794 (36.610)
T3 56.090 (55.932) and -0.45s off overall lap

Best clean lap out of 20 so far, but its still rather untidy and can be shaved down a bit. 👍

Another excellent combo Kent, and one that I'll have more than an hour to practice at this week :)

More time gone, a whopping 0.692s from my previous best clean save.
T1 19.644
T2 36.563
T3 55.556
Still using the Zexel Skyline.
Not bad, until Mr P, eggman, GoKents and everyone come along and show me what the real top of Div 1 pace should be! Going to find my dustmask now!!!! :yuck: (eats dust)

T1: 20.052
T2: 37.188
T3: 56.628

16 laps in the Loctite Zexel GT-R produced this lap. Seems the car tightens up a bit in some places.....but, just absolutes finds some pretty big oversteer if you go into the Corkscrew too quick...as well as some power-on oversteer off the final turn onto the Frontstretch.

10 laps in the Loctite resulted in a clean
T1 = 20.033
T2 = 37.338
T3 = 56.838

with a lot of improvement expected.

Can I join?

Best lap so far has 19.458 / 36.273 / 55.294

Still more time to come off here, only did about seven laps..

I ran a few on this before bed last night :) 54.7xx was my best T3 but I need to sort out the part after T3 to get my ideal time.... just very inconsistant on that last left hander its horrible :yuck:

anyway here's my tip of the day for this combo :D

When approaching the corkscrew! .. brake and take the downhill twist in 4th gear as it holds a lot more stability through that section :)

Laters and good luck

I also just figured that out to take the corkscrew in 4th.. Got me a best T3 of 55.021

The last left is just... :banghead:

I like the car choices....close enough so that it comes down to driver preference most likely.

Unfortunately, Laguna Seca is one of my absolute worst tracks! I may give it a try, but I'm pretty awful here! :yuck:

lol

Nah, just browsing the boards. Gotta go play some bass. Don't think I'll have a chance to race til the weekend at least.

I can drive auto or manual, I just prefer auto. Some cases manual is highly advantages and then I'll switch if I don't like where I'm at with my auto times. I do hold the shift with auto if the situation or car requires it.
Strangely I prefer manual in rally races.

Leaderboard current to this post.

jadaman, what division are you in?

I am having a hard time getting used to the shifting points, re-training my mind to shift 500rpm short for 4th gear is taking some time to get used too.
