Went from a Division 2 podium last week to a Division 2 lower bottom half this week :indiff: ;)

MarioAndretti should be in Division 1 with a time like that :eek:

And thanks to Kent, for a challenge that at first looked terrible, but later turned out to be quite fun (if you managed to stop in time, before frustration started :lol: ). It's really those challenges that makes the WRS both interesting, educational and fun. 👍 Just don't overdo them. ;)

:lol: good idea... well done to the winners, it's hard enough to pull a really quick lap, but to hold your nerve for 3 in a row was really tough...

How the hell do u go 5 seconds faster than i went? i mean, i didnt have the perfect laps, but i did okay i thought, but 5 seconds faster?

Those are some extremely impressive times there!
I used your settings, with a small tweak here and there and i thank you for them, they were excellent, once i got used to the turning in!
Two things.
1. My name is VEXD, i know its written in lower case on my username, but thats a mistake i have to live with, but please, there is no extra e, just VEXD. Thanx.

2. WELL DONE SOO EM ROI!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Youve done what i did, walked in and performed admirably! That time beats mine, and had you stayed in Division 2 with me then i wouldve been looking at a silver today, so congrats man, an excellent drive!

Unfortunately i wont be posting a replay, as i dont have the means to, but i can assure everyone i settled for less than my fastest in the end, for two reasons:
firstly i wanted a clean race, absolutely no touch on a single wall the whole time, which was really what the challenge was in ROME.
Secondly, it was 6 mins past 1 in the morning on Sunday nite when i got my time, and i'd been driving since 9pm that evening, and i had work on the monday, so it was bed time!

I am pleased with my second win, just wondered if the first post could be edited so my name was spelt correctly? And i want to congratulate everyone on an excellent and extremely difficult race!

Well done!

Hey guys, I know this is a lot to ask but ...

Could I get the "T time -> final lap" listing from some of you (for all 3 laps too).

Specifically as many D1 racers as possible as well as vexd & any top D2 racers and atleast 1 or 2 of the lower D2 racers.
Finally, if any D3 racers could provide it (other than andretti) that would be a huge help too.

I'm doing some math and need to get as many T time/final time splits as possible.

I would like to see a replay for MarioAndretti. Thats pretty fast for a Div 3 driver. I know I threw away faster runs because of wall brushes. Nice runs by the top three BTW. 👍
 
yes i would love to see marioandretti's replay also,

looks like i screwed up last sector good :ouch:, i could of shaved 1 - 2 seconds off just because of last sector, and T2 on first lap :dopey:.

BTW im .2 off from golding that stupid lisence test in the zonda.

Well,
For now I am inclined to have doubts about MarioAndretti's time.

First off, this is his first week and he qualified in division 3.
He also was un-sure of how well he was racing compared to the pack when he submitted his time.

I find this to be suprising since any racer at the level we are talking about should be and always is so familiar with the game that they know their laps are fast (even if they aren't winners).

I proceeded to get T times and final lap times from Mario.
(which will be posted in this post)

I'm realising now that there was probably a lot of time for me left in sector 3 as I saw T1s no quicker than 21.6 and T2s no quicker than 47.8 and still I saw a lap (dirty race though) where I came in something like 1'07.8. And the best I managed in a clean race was 1'08.8XX.. :ouch: Oh well, just frustrating..
