Well the engine would be toast ,but the rest of the car wouldn't be bad for parts.

emad
lmfao

I'm sure it's possible to drain the fluids out of the engine and refill it, right?

Possibly, but i know my dad has rolled his truck 3 or 4 times and he just gets a brand new one.

...i didnt even think about the fluids being drained, care to explain what exactly happens when the engine is upside down in a car like above?

I don't really think anything. I've seen numerous WRC cars flip and then people run out, roll it back over, and they go on their way. Although under hard cornering, it sometimes takes another pump because the G's force the oil into funny places.

Maybe they should invest in some more driving lessons for your dad, instead of buying him new trucks all the time. 3 or 4 times, that has to be some sort of local record - no?

A lot of the times the fluids just get everywhere, hoses break and what not. Sometimes the oil lines will break or fuel lines, and this meaning the engine will get damage, more so on the oil line one. But typically everything shuts off when you go over.

I'm sure it's possible for it to work again after some major clean up.
