Monkey at Trial Mountain

Look for the big tree hanging over the track after the first tunnel, look closely and you'll see him. He is only visable as you drive towards him, when you look back once past, he is not visable.
 
Here he is! I checked to see if he was still there on my first lap around Trial Mtn, in my very first car in GT Mode... ah, memories.

Maybe the roar of your engine scares him away when your driving under him. I remember the first time I saw him, we stopped and hand fed him some banana's and then tried to catch him to make him our monkey man servant, but he ran away, and now he doesn't come too us. :guilty:
 
It would be cooler if the monkey was throwing his poo at the cars.

LOL there's a monkey!! i dunno why thats so funny....maybe because its a racing game and THERE IS FREAKING MONKEY WATCHING THE RACES!!

during the WRS race at nurburgring last week, I swera i kept seeing Bigfoot jump into the woods. -turns out it was a guradrail shadow that on my tv, looked like a big hairy apeish creature.

There are 2 different monkeys in GT3, one on Trial Mountian normal, and the other on the reverse version. :sly:

I never did find the creature in the reversed direction.
Is it in GT4 as well?

Were they two different monkeys doin 2 different things, or was it the same?
lol, i'm seriously debating dusting off my ol' GT3 to check this out.
 
Okay, dunno about any monkeys, but have you guys noticed the blimp at GT4 Trial Mountain over the pit straight? Or is this common knowledge? :dunce:
 
never seen the blimp either. i inspected the monkey closer and what appears to be a banana in his lap...well, it made me want to give him some privacy.

I was just playing GT4 and I swear on my life I saw a freakin bird fly by my car on Apricot Hill. It scared the living $h!t out of me! :nervous:

Speaking of, TimBrad better be careful driving under him in that convertible... :scared:

I also have a strange (but not creepy) fascination with monkeys. So like us, especially the poo-throwing kind. :lol:
