I've had a great time, we got there at 9:45am and stayed untill 7:00pm (because we had to wait 40 mins to get out of the car park. :grumpy: ) I took about 150 pictures and about 15 minutes of video (nearly all of it was on a video camera, the video here is on my digital camera.)

I went on a ride in a Bowler Wild Cat. :D The experience was amazing. I lined up for about 50 minutes, and the best thing was just before I had a ride in the car, the track was watered. There was this kid who was telling me that there is one mad driver there which drives really crazily, and I got him. :D He went around the first corner and accelerated down the straight. He extended that V8 to it's limit and sounded wonderful. Went around a another corner and went over a sharp bump, BE WARNED, if anyone wants to go on the ride you must not have a sore head in anyway, that bump was so vicious I got a headache all day. :(

There was this old Honda which was reving in front of a crowd and made me half deaf. My Dad was actualy holding his ears (I didn't :D ), that's how loud it was. A few people cheered afterwards. I caught it all on video.

I saw the most exotic new cars in the world. You've never seen so many nice cars in one place, a Zonda. Carrera GT, Merc SLR's, 2 F430's, a new Mustang, 2 Lamborghini Murcielago's and any more.

The cars going up and down the track were pretty loud and good too. I didn't see much as it was quite busy but the sound was good enough.

The weather was good all day untill about 4pm. If bucketed down with rain and thunder and lightning like no other. Me and my Dad brung all of our equipment and forgot to bring an umbrella. :grumpy: Me and Dad lost the people that we came with and for about 1 and a half hours were looking for them. It was a nightmare. At least most of the day was great. 👍

Yeh it would be cool to be in England right now, this and the ashes tour. Out here we have pretty ordinary motor shows
I,m going to Goodwood FOS on Sunday if you want to know.

Oh yeah! I knew that! I recognized the car from somewhere, it's from evo magazine. 👍

Any more photos GT.
I'll do some more tommorow if I get the time. I'll be away for a day or two so I'm not sure if I'll get the chance.

Nice pictures, much thanks.
Interesting to see so many Fighters (2 is a lot, for something that obscure). AutoZine has coincidently just put up a new article on them, if anyone's interested.

I can mostly identify everything except that spaceship-looking Maserati (4th row, 3rd over, beside the MC12). Conceptcarz.com can't tell me, anybody know?

Consider yourself lucky. You may never see some of those cars again.

Seeing that rare Orange F1 GTR Longtail (Maybe the only non-raced painted Longtail) is a rare sight indeed, (seen it only once myself).

The Xj220 is a classic as well. The Ferrari next to your Xj220 pic is also a highly rare car as is the Ascari. The Ferrari there is one I've never seen.

You got to see some fantastic cars before release date as well.

Most of those cars I've seen before, but not in a get together.
Treasure those moments for a life time.

Nice pics 👍

The Ferrari is one of five 288 GTO Evoluzione, that served as a development platform for the F40, so it's a pretty rare sight. Only one of them has the F40 engine while the others have the 288 GTO engine.

Hope you blokes are having fun at Goodwood. Does anyone know any history of that TWR Jaguar in G.T's photos? Three of them raced at Bathurst in 1985.

TWR Jaguar?

The only Xj220 I saw was a regular '92 Xj220.

Added more pictures. The last three pictures on the new cars section is where they all drove up the hill and gathered together. We got to hear the cars a little.

More photos. I couldn't include these in my first post because when I hit reply, it said there is too many tags.

See, that's the beauty of living in Europe. You guys get all the greatest cars, racing, and events.... :grumpy:

All I get is to see some cars in Monaco, and that's it. :ouch:

Oh yeah guys, I also saw a McLaren F1 GTR Race Car (I think I got the name right). I didn't get a picture of it because I had my camera away at the time. :ouch:

I was at Goodwood yesterday. Simply brilliant. Had a chance to see the only Ferrari sedan (from the 80's a designer concept car which had been put an engine in it by a Belgian Ferrari dealer)
Took 130 pictures in 2 hours then ran out of batteries !! Too bad.
Got a chance to see the rarest cars on Earth.

Will post some of my pictures later.
