I have created a tuning "form" so when I am finished making a set-up, I fill it out with all of the settings. I just print out a dozen or so sheets of this and put it in a binder like this:
I placed a spot to write down your time on Midfield, but if you tune on another track, then you can change it. Just don't repost it and not give credit to me.
There you see in the 2nd pic that I've already filled out one of the forms as an example.
