Round 6 replay, Impreza WRC 2003 @ Cathedral Rocks Trail I

Exiting the right-left-right esses after T2. It's in the last right at the apex. At worst, it's a minor touch, which I don't wish of course! :ouch:

Keep timing secret please...

Using the camera in photo mode i could zoom into the front spoiler as it went by the dirt wall and i cant tell if it touched or not.The speed held steady at 52 mph at the point the car was closest to the edge.

I also took pictures from that zone. What I also did is testing how far the wall is and according to my tests, I don't think there's any touch there. Hard to say. Our reviewers @ GTweb have the same opinion. They don't think there's any touch, but still hard to say.

In a sharp turn like this, with a 52mph speed, you can't NOT notice a touch, I think, because if you did have a touch the car would really bump out of the turn very noticeably.

May I also remind you, Mistral, that posting a replay like this publicly is a risk, as some captains and co-captains may be running this race themselves?

I had this in mind too.

We may as well start a leaderboard before the race is even run.

Its too late now and other guys don't seem to mind this posting of replays for all to see. But i find it very strange.

Takes something away from the main race imho.

I mind also, but as you said it's too late now. I'm sure many others aren't happy about what's happened today, but it's kinda pointless for all to post only to say, "yeah I don't like it either."

What's done is done, but for the other future rounds of BC5 could everyone please try to keep their times and replays out of the public eye, including this private forum?

The following is also valid for Werner´s request:

it´s the team´s duty to provide valid replays.
Most of us are experienced OLR-racers and we can watch our replays between team members.
If in doubt, submit the fastest clean lap and do not put the pressure on team-externals.
Imho, we already have a good system of verifying the replays by pointing teams to verifiy a different team each round, we should stay with it.
What´s my scritineering worth when an external has already given the replay valid while i see a penalty when reviewing it?
If i´m allowed to throw my opinion in the ring, ban this reviewing before deadline and keep the duty of providing replays within the teams from now on.
