I am not sure how to post pics of this game but if anyone has pics from the show room or the "walk around" you should post them. I am going to try to figure it out tonight and if I do I will try to post pics. The photomode cars in this game are jaw dropping beautiful!!! I only have the 360 and PGR3 for a couple more days so I will see what I can do. Mabey even a few videos of the sound quality.
 
I wasnt able to figure out how to get pics saved to the flashdrive but mabey tonight I can at least get a little video of the PGR3 360 in 1080i hDTV action. Some of the photomode was real impressive. I could zoom up to a tree in the woods and see the individual leaves. Its the same with the grass. I could zoom down to the grass and see each blade of grass. Whoa!
 
Well, MS dumbfully, did not enable the option for a Jump Drive despite the fact the ports are USB.

I've only hear of 2 ways. Digital Cams and Video Cables.

That might be the most stupid thing I have heard so far about the 360! :ouch:
Even the PS2 can do that for GT4 and they cant make a brand new game do it on the 360? Well mabey other games will make it available or are you saying there will just be no way on the 360 for any of the games???
I guess that means I will have to use my dazzle and the old school composite red and white cables. Dang that will look like garbage compared to how it looks in real life in 1080i hdtv. Oh well I guess those that cant see it in the full quality are missing out then. I will see what I can do tonight with Kameo and PGR3. The other games arent even worth recording or taking pics.

I don't know what other games could use a Jump Drive being PGR3 is the only one right now that has a feature useful for it.

But that's what I've heard on the PGR3 forums that Jump Drives don't work.
Someone did rumor MS might be making a Jump Drive that works for the X360 which doesn't surprise me.

It'd be another tactic to rip off consumers like the Core Package w/o a Memory Card.

I see if i can find a way to get PGR3 photmode screens of a 360 more easy, once i get my 360 folks.
 
The usb software is setup to read only.

Due to all of the complaints, there are rumors that microsoft will release a software update in the near future that fixes the issue.
 
Well I guess I will bust this threads cherry. The pics are off my 6 year old camera and the videos are only playing thru ancient composit red and white cables. Sorry but if you dont have this game set up in 1080i in HDTV then you are just missing out.
I decided to re-host these on a permanent server.

Yes I agree. That car is sick and it sounds like a muscle car!!!!
I am glad you guys enjoy them bud damn I wish there was a way I could show you how the game REALLY looks in 1080i hdtv. These vids and pics dont do any justice at all. I even tried with my cam corder and its impossible to see the quality without seeing it phisically in person. Well its way past my bet time good night.

I think I may take some pictures with my digital camera soon. See how they turn out like and what I can do with them. :)
 
Thanks for the compiments on the pics and vids.
I just watched all my videos from above. Dang I just cant believe how good PGR3 sounds. Some of the cars gave me goose bumps in surround sound and caused me to make this face :dopey: :dopey: :dopey: The sound in real life completely switches when you go from inside the inside view to outside the car.
Hopefully for the future games they allow us to use the flash drive so we can capture the TRUE image that we see like in GT4. Well even GT4 didnt take HDTV pics but they were still good just not what you see in 1080i.
The only way you could truly capture 1080i HDTV is if you see it in real life.
Somone with a better camera might have a chance.
EDIT: I guess we cant say coc-k pit view. :dunce:
 
I forgot to make a video that shows how the croud reacts when you hit the guard rail. :dunce:
If you hit it hard they jump back. If you hit it light they just stay there looking at you.

G.T. thats a pretty good pic for using a camera. Where is that at?? I must not have seen that garage in the game.
Was that taken off of a HDTV in 1080i? Seems like a lot of jaged lines. I would guess its not in hdtv or the camera caused the jaged lines.

No, the TV isn't in Hi-Def yet as we are still waiting for the cable to come. Fingers crossed it should come tomorrow. The TV wont support 1080i either, only 720p.

Edit: The TV's pixels are 1360x768. I heard the 360 should be able to match that exactly, but I'm not too sure.

Well for those that are in are in disbelief of the difference between 1080i HDTV and a non HDTV can now view your pic to see the difference. My pics above and BlacksZ28 pics above do not have any jagged lines. 1080i HDTV is the ultimate. You should invest in a different tv. You wont regret it. 👍

Hehe, we just bought this one and this was at the very top of our budget. Honestly, if we had money buying a TV that supports 1080i would have been a must. 👍
 
At least you will be able to play in 720P. Once you get the component cables you will see a huge difference. 👍 Even regular xbox games in 480p are awesome with the component cables. Very very colorful.
 
At Nurburgring, did any of you see the body chalk line in the middle of the road. :lol: Looked like where someone died but then when you get closer to it you can see a smiley face. I forgot to get a pic or video of it. I also cant believe how detailed the grass was in that game?
