What cars have you had from Gran Turismo 1 to Gran Turismo 4?
I may have more cars than just these three.
1. Toyota Supra (Blue Mica Metallic) 2. Toyota Supra Tom's Castrol (JGTC) 3. TVR Griffith 500 (Macao Yellow)

Please bear with me on the format its in. Its just my second day.
 
Mostly the staples
supra, skyline, imprezza

I think i've had the corvette grand sport(or other 96 corvette) in each game that I keep stock and just drive around.

There's nothing special i can pick out that i've always had because my taste changes from game to game. I eventually have almost all the cars also so it blends together.
 
GT1 Toyota Supra 88' red , my uncle has one too in real life so I thought it would be funny to drive his car.:sly: Suprisingly the car dusted all of its competition at the sunday cup and clubman cup; its was just so fast at the straights compared to the other cars.I raced the clubman cup until I had 100,000 credits or so to upgrade the supra with a racing modification. (The black one):dopey:

GT2: Grey Honda prelude 92, somehow I couldnt find the Supra at day 1, so I bought the prelude. It was a very well handling car but a bit underpowered.However, clubman cup and sunday cup was easy with it with weight reduction 1. 👍

GT3: I didnt play GT3

GT4: A blue Nissan Skyline, I really hate how it looked but I knew the power of its engine would make the start much easier. After that I equipped it with a wing and weight reduction and the game was more or less beaten.:guilty:
 
Whatever Mitsubishi FTO i could get my hands on - Although i didn't play GT3 and i've only played GT1 at a friend's place. Still, gotta love the FTO.....
 
AE86 Trueno: my starter car for all the games.

Mitsubishi EVO: usually the next car I can afford.

Acura Integra Type R: for the FF and Honda races.
 
I had a Mitsubishi GTO/300GT VR-4 in every version. I've also had a Corvette Grand Sport, A Dodge Viper in Red, a Legacy, and an NSX. Good idea for a thread!
 
Skyline R32 for me (in blue!). Don't know if it was in all the GT games but I've always had one skyline or anything and a blue R32 is my trademark (even in other video games :D)

Honda Prelude VTEC tends to be my starter car if I can get a hand on it. So I always have one of those handy ^^
 
From GT2 to GT4 I have never gone without a 22B STi. I always bought two - one I left bog-stock, the other I worked to the gills. Found it quite annoying that the GT2 version didn't get a 6 speed racing 'box. :mad:🤬 Problem solved in GT3 & 4. :sly:
RX-7 is another staple. TVR Griffith 500 and speed 12 are a couple of others that seem to linger around my garage.

I also bought an older MX-5 for GT4 because of my little 200mph turboed GT3 model. It was the first car I bought in GT3, and it ruled all until I got the RX-7LM and the 22B. Couldn't get the same performance out of the GT4 version...:( :(
 
From GT-1 on I have had a Viper GTS in my garage . . .

Actually, I don't think I have one in GT-4 . . .

Guess I know what I'm going to do when get home tonight. :)
 
Come to think of it, I've always had an RX-7 (FD) that I've used quite a bit in all the games. Let's see, In GT1, a black RZ; in GT2, a '98 RS, in GT3, I had a blue RS, and in GT4, an old '92 RZ has been fun. I suppose I've also used a lot of Integras in the races, but only for FF race duty in the first 3 versions; the fun wears off when using high-powered FF cars in GT4 very quickly, so I never really used them but for a race or two.

Despite all the Skylines, I've never used them all that much in the GT series, save the old Unisia Jecs JGTC car in GT2. And in GT4, I've been more interested in cars that weren't in any other GT game, or haven't used since GT2.
 
FTO (normal) & the Race ready ( I think there was one if all GT, but i think GT1&2 had the best race ready ones.
And who can forget the the yellow (was it yellow, man! now i forget:dunce: ) TVR griffith in that license test on GT1...:scared:

Yer, you can't go wrong with the original Mitsubishi FTO LM Edition. Overall, it was seen as the fastest car in all of GT1.
 
Well, I started GT3 dec. 05. I only got far enough to buy a Zonda. Loved my yellow NSX with black Bridgestones. Got GT4 and soon I had one in that game too. Never drive it; I am having fun with the other cars in my garage.
 
I've always used the oldest MX-5 as my starter car in each game. For the FF races it's always an Integra Type R (DC2). From there, I can't remember but I know I have many cars that I love in GT2 (don't have GT1) and have used in 3 and 4.

in gt2 i had a mitsubishi mirage,
in gt3 i had a silver pt cruiser and
in gt4 i had an orange toyota mr2 g-limited
 
Well, in GT2 and GT3, I had a Toyota GT-One and a Viper GTS-R Team Oreca, two of my all-time favourite race cars. (I'll always remember how much power oversteer rear-wheel drive cars like those had in GT2. :P ) I think I'll try and buy that Viper in GT4. Hard to believe that car only costs 1 million :crazy:.

The MX-5 is an excellent starter car. I loved the GT3 version, especially when I ended up with over 300hp at full tune. Got it up to 200mph too. It absolutely shone in the beginner cups, and even a couple of the intermediates it ran competitively in as well. My GT3 one was black with niiiiice silver BBS rims. :drool:

Then I got to drive the real MX-5 SP (turbo) version a couple of years ago... :drool: :drool:
 
I've always had the Viper GTS and the Viper GTS-R Team Oreca in every game. Other than that, I'm not sure if there's a car I've had every game. Certainly not one I've used a lot. If the Cerbera Speed Six was in GT1, then I've had that in every game too. Certainly every game since GT2.
 
gt1: toyota supra 3.0 turbo (some form of red) followed by a mitsubishi GTO in passion red. that gto in comparison to the supra was stunning for my second car.

gt2:didn't play

gt3:can't remember :/ (need to buy a new copy, old one's scratched to hell)

gt4:rx-7 in red, followed by an mx-5. still got them both <3
