How to limit a Citroen 2CV to 5mph

If you want to break the Benz Patent Motorwagen and Daimler Motor Carriages joint record of slowest car (12mph), here's how, get a Citroen 2CV, give it all the best parts and fit it with a turbocharger. For some reason almost all the power goes to the turbocharger and because of turbo-lag it won't go any higher than 1000 rpm, it'll do 0-5mph in about 7 minutes and take over 10 minutes to reach the 1000 metre mark on the Test Course and thats with Nos! Beat that Benz and Daimler!

Really, I have now found a few of these "how to" threads by you and I have to ask: what's the point? I must be stupid or out of sense of humour but I just don't get it. :odd:

Alternatively, you could revert back to the actual aim of the game, to make cars move faster rather than slower...

..Theres so much hassle about the fastest car.. its fun to know how to tune a car to make it go as slow as possible.
