Well that was interesting,. If I work too hard in the south 40 I have leg pain that causes me to miss racing for a day or so. Last night I tried my Logitech wireless wheel downstairs from my lounger with mixed results. It is very sloppy and often reorients itself to the vertical seemingly at whim. Does anyone know of a better wireless wheel without pedals that can be used from a comfortable chair. I tried to stay out of the way...usually with success.

After testing out the tracks you guys have suggested to me I have decided to chose Red Bull Ring as the track as its a track I love and am most technical track to find passing opportunities on. And that's my choice.

Hey guys, very sorry I've been absent this week. Tonight's race will be at Red Bull Ring as mentioned above and the room will be open shortly. I just got home and have a lot to do, so I'll be away from the PS3 probably until race time. I've also been thinking about the future of the league and will be announcing something on Monday(before anyone says anything, I want to stress that the league is not going anywhere unless I'm no longer able to run it).

The Future of S.N.A.I.L. [Enduro] Racing

Part 1: 20 Seasons of S.N.A.I.L. [Enduro] Racing Special Event

On Sat. November 22nd, we will be holding a special event commemorating 20 Seasons of S.N.A.I.L. [Enduro] Racing. This race will be held using the current regulations, however we will run the same car/ track that was used at the very first race of S.N.A.I.L. [Enduro] Racing(formerly S.P.E.C. Racing).

Car: Lotus Elise 111 Race Car Base Model '04

Track: Fuji Speedway F

Part 2: S.N.A.I.L. [Enduro] Racing Holiday Break

With the major holidays coming up in the next two months, we will be taking a break from official racing for the remainder of November and December following the conclusion of Season 20 and the 20 Seasons Special Evnet. Season 21 will start on Sat. January 3, 2015. While there won't be any official racing during this time, I'm currently looking at some options for some fun stuff to do while we take a break.

Part 3: S.N.A.I.L. [Enduro] Racing 2.0

With the start of a new season and a new year, the main post in the thread will be slowly overhauled during our break. I plan to make it more inviting and easier to read, with major emphasis on the rules regarding on the caution period procedure. I hope to make everything as clear as possible, thus hopefully eliminating any problems we've seen and any questions that have been asked over details that weren't well explained. You'll be able to follow the progress of the changes simply by looking at the main post and I'll make a post each time a major change is done.

I hope that all involved with the league will read through these changes and if they find errors or think something needs more clarification to speak up.


It has been great these past 2 1/2 years, and I think that 2015 will hold many great things for our league. I hope to see many of you join us in the final races of the year as well as the fun events that will be coming during the holiday season! ​

If there is room and you feel like sticking around the whole race, why not? You could come out when the leader calls caution, and lead us around for two laps.

Anyone know what happened to @kcheeb?

As for other races, I've still got a few on my friend's list and I'll definitely try and get a hold of some of the former racers to see if they'd like to join. @zer05ive, @AJKVail, @fzappa
