I've decided there aren't enough walls of pictures in this thread, so I've decided to begin randomly adding them.
I will tentatively refer to them as Mirado's Awesome D7 Recaps. Hope you enjoy it, with out further ado...

The night starts out smoothly as @goofytyler takes the opening pole.

Things are heating up by lap 6 as @vitorf_mattos manages to hold his position from my relentless pressure.
That's @goofytyler back there keeping up with ease, playing patient.

After the most ill timed disco in history, it's me and goofy for 1 more lap from here. Truly a magnificent race from start to finish from everyone!

In the second race at Silverstone a close battle for 3rd erupts between @dcallnight @ChaddingtonB and @robertomglolz

Meanwhile up at the front we have @racingchamp30 and @singlepaddy doing their best to put some space between the field and themselves as they fight for 1st.

Tight action all over the course.

Everyone is pushing hard as the laps wind down.

At the end @singlepaddy is just too fast for @racingchamp30 to get around.

I'm pretty sure that's @ChaddingtonB @racingchamp30 and @singlepaddy battling for third in the second Fuji race.

Ultimately @goofytyler just had to cruise and enjoy the views, as he won both races at Fuji this week.

I put some pressure on him once...once.

That's enough Fuji for my taste, onto the Nurb. That's me and @racingchamp30 leading the field out of turn one. The background may look a little messy, but even though they all came out wide, there was no contact through turn 1.

Later in the 1st race, @goofytyler is stalking @racingchamp30 They trade positions a few times, but racingchamp pulls out the first race.

Here's @robertomglolz and @goofytyler battling for 3rd with a huge pack right on their heels.

That's @goofytyler leading a train around the hairpin that includes @RebelYeller73, @covan2306, myself, @lane, @Rockhound18, @robertomglolz, and @racingchamp30.

Therefore the entire combo has been dropped from next week's line-up. Since @goofytyler wins Prize A, they get to choose an entirely new car and track combo to replace it.

The round that received the second most elimination votes was:
Round 1 - Volkswagen Golf IV GTI Touring Car '01 (Racing Hard tires) at Silverstone International Circuit (9 laps)
This means either the car or the track will be replaced for next week's line-up. Since @KTR5 gets Prize B, he gets to decide which part of the combo is replaced and what replaces it.

Prize C goes to @dgaf95integra so he gets the tie-breaking vote if the elimination votes results in a tie (the prize winners' elimination votes are not counted under normal circumstances).

Preliminary prize winners, please don't announce your car and/or track selection until all racing complaints are filed and you are given the "all clear" to announce your selection. It's also important that you review our Car/Track History so that you can see a complete history of how many times we've raced each car and track (just scroll to the right of that tab). Please remember that originality is always appreciated. Therefore, picking cars and tracks that we've never raced is a plus (but not required). Most importanty, make sure you thoroughly test any combo that you are considering before making it your official selection. For example, the car should not hit its rev limiter at any point during the race (even in the draft).

Car Selection Guidelines
Dealership Cars - The maximum price for a selected car is now $250,000
DLC Cars - Only DLC cars that are FREE and currently still available in the PlayStation Store can be selected.

Track Selection Guidelines
Any non-DLC track can be selected as long as a single lap with the car combo'd with it would not take more than five minutes to complete. For example, don't select anything that includes the Nurburgring's Nordschleife.

IMPORTANT NOTE: When posting your Prize A or Prize B selection, please list the complete in-game name of the car and/or track you are selecting. For example, if you want to select the Amuse Superlegara for your car, post "Amuse Nismo 380 RS Superlagara". If you want to select Monza for a track, post "Autodromo Nazionale Monza". This makes it much easier for the lineup to be updated accurately and also prevents confusing other league members as to which car or track you are selecting.

Later in the 1st race, @goofytyler is stalking @racingchamp30 They trade positions a few times, but racingchamp pulls out the first race.

So I just finished Top Gear and it was insane because they had to run out of fuel in 65mpg cars with 23L of fuel 100 miles away from Chernobyl and Clarkson ran out of fuel very close to the reactor 4.

It will not because NASA said they couldn't go the second time which is mandatory because you must go down and come back and the average speed is taken as the world record. And also 30 cars must be produced and only 29 where.

Finally have some pictures from the D8 races. There was some tight (sometimes too much so) racing at Silverstone in the VW. It seemed like the Lotus and Fuji had a lot of alone racing, especially for @speer9892003. The GT-R at Nurburgring provided some good racing.

Wow...I was right but it was not as lopsided as I expected.

Last week my prize suggestion transmitter was on backwards and was missing some aluminum foil so this week I have added more foil and made it slightly less chafing on my ears for better reception and added comfort.

For my prize B suggestion this week...ditch the GTI RM in favor of my suggestions last week...something like a M3 CSL, Lutecia Trophy '00 or maybe the new Renault Trophy Base model '11.

Prize A suggestions are iffy. It's so wide open now but people still want something slower but with less grip so we have some opportunities to pass. Ford RS200s at Motegi Full would be a really fun combo. Challenging car to drive on a challenging track.
