I have watched both F1 and Nascar. Looks like the drivers are either close to or equally less aggressive, as aggressive or too aggressive causing a big wreck because of a dumb move like dive bombing from being impatient for a pass.

I will be aiming for top 10! Top 20 might be more realistic, but I'll be putting a lot more time into it this year, even on the first 3 combos. I only had 5 days on the final combo because I was out of town during the start of it

Here's what you need to know (and do) in order to join:

We run a clean league by enforcing a strict penalty system based on the SNAIL OLR (which is a modified version of the GTP OLR). We also expect all of our drivers to know and follow The Good Racecraft Guide. Please become versed in both if you aren't already. Once that is complete, please follow the steps below to complete your entry into the league:

1. You start a conversation and add @CoachMK21, @Dragonwhisky, @JLBowler, @nmcp1 & @zer05ive as participants. The conversation title should be "Request To Join".

2. SNAIL Administrators will respond with specific instructions on what you need to accomplish to join the SNAIL [Spec] Racing club. Sunday races are organized exclusively through the GT6 Community features within the game.

3. Place the following links (URLs) in the favorites (or bookmarks) in your web browser for quick reference. Please make every effort to read and understand the following links. Over the years a great deal of time and effort has gone into creating this league and we would like nothing more than to have you but we ask that you take the time and effort to do your homework. 99.9% of any question you may have about SNAIL can be found in the posts below.

Me too @racingchamp30 ,I'm with you and please see those 40 starters, all fast guys, a shame that there are no such races in EU, but there's one sure fact, visiting the US I'll take the plane with appropriate race tickets in my pocket , F1 has nearly half the starters, so ...

but as I am not aware what's the nec plus ultra of the Nascar series, all input welcome

In the mean time, while we wait for the Prize B and C issue to be resolved, here is what we have. If my memory serves me right then most of us will break through the 2 minute mark to complete a lap. So, it should be 6 laps. EDIT: Looks like we will be over the 2 minute average with the fast division drivers breaking the 2 min barrier on their fast laps. . The car has just enough oversteer under lift-off to turn in nicely. It is slightly powerful for the CS tires, but I'm sure it will be a nice combo once you get the hang of it.

Prize B and C are free to make their selections. There are no changes being made to the ability to select Bathurst. With that being said, the track still has it's issues. While these issues are not game breaking and severe enough to lead to the track being banned again, they are serious enough for some drivers to opt not to race the track in SNAIL.

Please keep in mind when making your selections that keeping Bathurst (or selecting it going forward) will drive some away from racing on Sunday night.

SambaBus at Daytona oval. It would be slooooow but interesting. Throw the OLR out the window and make it a full contact race. Buds and booze are on me. Lol.

On a semi serious note, gotta tell you all about the fun in the Monday night Pack racing. League racing is fun but stressful sometimes and that's ok. Pack racing is all about the fun...no score...no pressure. Nose to tail and door to door racing from start to finish. Want to learn how to drive in constant traffic at full speed for a full race. This is the place for you. Send a FR to Nail27. Don't let the boost scare you away, it only allows you to catch the back of the last car and the leader cannot pull away into an insurmountable lead.

The only reason I choose NASCAR over F1 debate was. There is always a stupid debate on Tuesdays it's a trend deal with it! And instead of an aggressive debate where someones gonna get there feelings hurt might as well make it something light hearted!
I'll take NASCAR over F1 though I enjoy both but If I'm buying tickets I'm going to bristol Preferably old bristol where rubbing was racing and people finshed like this!

This means either the car or the track will be replaced for next week's line-up. Since @@CanuckleheadII gets Prize B, he has the option to freeze the car or the track, or he can give that option to the Prize C winner. If he gives the freeze away, then he gets to decide what car or track replaces the part of the combo that is left unfrozen by the Prize C winner.

Prize C goes to @@kickenit4evr so he gets whichever option the Prize B winner does not select.



The Ferrari already stays. Your choice is between the Vette or Mount Panorama
