Good morning SNAILS. Sorry I haven't personally given you a report for a while. Been a stressful 24hrs but exciting at the same time. Yesterday was incredibly close with the top the covering .05. Today we're told we're running a new track. They haven't told us any more than that. I spent last night learning all the tracks that are in gt5 and gt6 and watching videos of the new tracks in gt6. Crossing my fingers it's something that suits my driving style more than the others. Apparently the whole thing today will take half an hour so it should be quick. We're told we'll be done by 1130 or so. I'll do my best to update as soon as I can. Hopefully with good news. SNAILS RULE!!!

Mine is obvious, love rally racing, and I own a subie wagon. Like others 81 was the year I was born. I also race under cresfresh. Short for crescent fresh, a term and later a song on an old mtv show called sifl and olly. And I also race under blainethemono, a diabolical mono trainwho runs from midworld to topeka in steven kings dark tower series. I actually have lots of monikers I use online for different games. Another is spicy mchaggis, for fps and role playing, this comes from a dropkick murphys song. (music is also a hugely important aspect of my life.)

Mine came from a Mobb Deep song. Heard it at a college party and fell in love with the song. All of the correct spellings of quiet were taken so to be different I threw a W in there. 03 is the year I graduated college.

I knew it!
My name came from a friend. I hadn't been driving very long and had this awesome old Audi coupe gt that I loved and adored. One day him and I took off and I bought a ps3 on a whim. When we got back to his house he showed me "my car" in Forza. It was the old gt86 and it was freaking covered in pandas. I mean it was/is so stupidly perfect that you just can't top it. Later that night setting up my ps3 I couldn't find a name I could use and it was killing me. I went to the bathroom and when I came back it had approved Da_Panda_Bear and my friend said "dude... you HAVE to do this" so I did.
Originally I was more so a fps player and a damn good one (actually held a couple records in battlefield two) so I loved the name. Guys would get so infuriated thinking I was a little girl and kicking their butts!
Btw if anyone else plays xbox my name is Acoustic_Joint. I don't do drugs... This was the first suggested name games for windows live gave me and it was too funny for me to pass up. No longer a PC gamer because my computer went to crap on me (it was crap to begin with), but hopefully I'll be back someday.
Which reminds me. If the ps4 online subscription fee is similar to the Iracing fee I might not be on gt6. It would break my heart to have to say goodbye to snail, but the odds are I'm only getting a ps4 for gt6 and I don't want to pay a subscription fee for one game. Unless gt6 is comparable to a "real" Sim I'll probably go to PC. That is unless the PC racing community blows. I'm so used to GTP and this snail thread I don't know if I could have it any other way! 👍👍👍
