How many do you have?

I have one hooked up right now.

I did purchase another and four little Dayton pucks.

I plan to do the two gamers on my LFE out put and the pucks sunk into my diamond plate floor pan that will be powered by an older 2ch receiver. I got cross overs for them too. These will be in stereo.

How are the Dayton pucks? I've bought a lot of stuff from parts-express (the speakers in my game room are all Dayton drivers and crossovers) and I've been looking at those pucks as a cheaper option.

Wow, you guys talkin' all this hardware makes me feel ignorant, which of course I am in that realm. That being said, int New hardware is a Turtle Beach headset. Amazing!! The sound quality is great as well as the chat ability simultaneously. Never knew such a thing existed. Plus, it makes the wife happy: she doesn't have to hear the "drone of hose damn cars", LOL. Anyway, that's my new hardware story. I know, totally non-comparable to ya'll's gadgets. Just an ol fart enjoying a new toy. Lol.

I freaking love the separate voice and game volume. One thing that I really "love" is when the little box on the cord stealthily flips over so when you go to turn down the game volume before you join a room you actually turn the voice volume WAY up and have a heart attack when someone talks.

LMAO. I did that the first time I used it. My wifes laughed so hard she peed herself. I sit in a high raised chair and jumped so bad when that happened I tipped it over crashing n burning. I had to share since now I know I'm not alone. LOL.

Going a bit off topic here. But I just had to tell you guys about this band called gaelic storm. typically I only put stuff out like this if it's in conjunction with someone elses post, but I finally got a chance to see these guys, abd lady, live on wednesday. Look them up on youtube to get a taste, then see if they will be in your area (mostly eastern states and canada) I can't count how many shows I've been too (over 100 in one season!) This show was in the top 3. This band does a great job of working the crowd and getting everyone into the mix. Awesome damn group.

I love their song "Raised on Black and Tans". Might have to put that on spotify and annoy my colleagues;)

I just got the Dayton 12" 120 watt subwoofer and it is really nice. I know this isn't for a rig, but if you are just looking for a nice sub for a living room set up, I recommend it. I am interested in these Dayton pucks also. Looks like nice projects all around!

Yeah, I've got one of those in my home theatre system and a 10" in the game room. Like I said before, all the drivers in my speakers in the game room are Dayton, 8" woofers and 1" titanium tweeters. I also just upgraded all the drivers in the center channel in the 5.1 setup. 2 x 5" Dayton designer series and a 1 1/8" Tang Band dome tweeter.

Thats the song they opened the show with, and ended with the crowd favorite, Johnny Tar! I was hoping to hear The night I punched Russell Crowe, but sadly they didnt play that one. Honestly, I'm surprised to hear someone else here has heard of them. I've been a huge Flogging Molly and Dropkick Murphys fan for many, many years now, but only started to expand into the folkier music in the past three years or so. One vacation my wife and I are planning is to go out to the west coast to see Darby O'Gill. Got a feeling that will knock the top of the list. Can't believe it took me that long to get into this style of music. Great Big Sea, Darby O'Gill, Wolftones, The Clancy Brothers, Tommy Makem. Man, good stuff. Music you can sit back, have a pint and enjoy the story. Or get up and dance a jig!

The fastening to do with spaceman.

Stupid iPhone.

Ignore the joke.

My son and I both like Gaelic storm and great big Sea. That was his first rock concert

I won't make it for sunday's race unfortunately due to our ''national'' day celebrations. (Even though we're only a province, the equivalent of a state for you southerners ;))

I hope I'll be there next week, but with the beautiful sunshine outside it's hard to get some seat time....and I just met a wonderful girl !!! :)

I promise to race before going to university in late august though, because after august no more racing seat and wheel.:nervous:

You will still have a DS3. You will be fine.

Haven't hooked up the pucks yet. I don't expect big things but figure four of them in Sheet metal should give the feet some vibes. I'm looking more for the higher bass buzzy sounds from them. Let the two BKG2's do the thumping.

I also have a Sony 10" sub and 5 Bose mini speakers I'm hooking on my rig via my older Denon Receiver. Not sure i will use them over the triton pros. However nice option to have. I can always click speaker B which still pumps bass but will cut out the surrounds and get the added bass if needed.

The Aurora Transducer supposed to be a good option for the DIY types.

My next rig will have four quadrants that are bolted together with isolators. This way I can use sim vibe and have all four corners separate with their own transducers. Move a but kicker to shifter and one below seat.

Maybe next spring. We will see.

question: Those dayton pucks look really cool.. but how are they used?

Do you put them under the seat, so that the weight of the driver is on them, or do you attach them to the side of the rig frame, and they vibrate the rig itself ?

No pints yet but happy hour at work starts in about an hour:)

I've broke in two car using b spec at Laguna and both still have 0 miles!
Did the latest update take that away and now we actually must drive the car to break it in?

Change oil, etc, but make sure you go through several (2-4?) screen changes to be sure it saves the miles.
