I'll have it a launch, but how much time I'll have in the first few weeks to play is another question. I'll try to block off some time, but you never know. It's typically a slow month at work, so there's hope.

I certainly think that we should do something of a trial run with 10-15 people at least a week before we try to switch everyone else. We might run into something totally unexpected. I know PD is trying to make running leagues easier, but as with the first version of anything, their improvements might do more harm than good at first.

I believe that we should just wait until January 5th so everybody who has gotten the game has had a chance to get used to the physics!

Also I'm not sure when I'm getting the game I'm still determining whether I want to preorder it or just wait...

In the same boat...While I've been fortunate to acquire just about every car in GT5 and consistently maintain full credits, building up the required credits in GT6 to deal with the weekly cycle of cars will be a challenge. Either way I've already told the wife to ignore me for the 7th and the 8th.... :D

I will have GT6 at launch. Maybe the first few weeks of SNAIL can be cars that are easily acquired without having to save up millions of credits to buy.

I am sure that everyone here will have a quick transition to the new physics but it may take some time to build up a big garage.

This. +1 👍

I plan on buying it on launch, but knowing my luck something may happen and I won't be able to do so. If that ends up being the case, I will buy it on the 24th/25th.

Totally agree with this.

i wish i was added so i know what division i'll be in.. i want to race tomorrow night..

but i'll be on in about 15 minutes..

I plan on pre ordering within the next week so I'll have it at launch.

I think we should stick with GT5 for the month of December. It gives people more time to get used to the physics and add to their garage. Also starting in January feels like a new start. New year, new game.

I will have 6 at launch. Unlike Handlebar however, I am not "considering" taking that day off. That decision is already made. The only variable at this point is just when the disc is inserted in the PS3, 0030 hrs or 30 minutes after the store opens.

Shamelessly plagiaristic Steward Recruitment plug follows.

If there's anyone else out there who would like to help enforce the S.N.A.I.L. OLR and promote good racecraft, I have three words for you..

  • Do you value clean racing so much that you're willing to help protect and promote it?
  • Are you looking for a way to give back to the league and join TEAM S.N.A.I.L.?
  • Do you think you might have what it takes to be a S.N.A.I.L. steward?
If you answered yes to any of these questions, please PM me! :)
