Just wanted to remind those joining me in testing the Lotus 111R RM tonight, that we'll be in a public lobby and I'll post the room number when I open the room. We're going to have a short qualifying, about 10 min. then a 15 lap race. After the race is over we can discuss any changes that should be made to the series, as well as the track being open for a track day.

Room Number: 1472 - 6681 - 3286 - 8589 - 2050 or GTP Street Track Day

Race Start in 10 minutes at 10:20 EDT.

Thanks for the info. Please let us know what your final PP is after full break-in and oil change.
Ok, Got it up to ~250 miles/470pp, it didn't let me do an oil change, but it did let me do an engine rebuild.
After that I ended up with 24HP/477PP.

Just sent a donation for Prize C to Snail Division 1.Classic Muscle

Just sent donation for Prize C to Snail Division 1. Level 17 Ticket.:)

Thanks tcrash! One quick question though.. Did you redeem the Car Coupons before sending them over? What I received were these two Car Coupons:
  • Charger 440 R/T (instead of the Classic Muscle coupon?)
  • LOCTITE MUGEN NSX '01 (instead of the Level 17 coupon?)
Let me know if that's what you intended to send or if you were actually in fact wanting to send the "Classic Muscle" and "Level 17" coupons. Thanks either way! I've updated the Prize C post with your donations. 👍

Yes. The coupons were redeemed before sending them.

Unfortunately that kind of defeats the purpose.

Not wholly, I suppose, but nonetheless.

Thanks for the donation Tcrash, only having 200 cars, I'd be glad to get one of those.:)

Just by showing how greatful you would be,let me know what car you are looking for and if I have it and can gift it,its yours!:)

It definitely defeats the purpose.

What would you have done if the cars you got were valued at over 1m credits?

relax. i'm sure it was an honest mistake. it's not like any of us are perfect, Dude, so just relax. if i had to guess he's still learning about the 'Duplicating' process. fzappa did have to donate anything, he was trying to help out, but comments like this 🤬 will only server to make others NOT want to help, and I'm pretty sure zero would like all the help he can get. so, instead of being quick to point out the obvious, why not try to help fzappa to not make the same mistake, by giving him the correct advice or maybe offering some positive suggestions instead of being so negative?

I have no clue exactly how you worked the ticket and send it off (if you duplicated it it or just used the reset option, but the duplication method is the best (IMHO). If you make a copy of your GT5 game data file (to a flash drive), and then load GT5, send the item(s) you which to give as a gift (send everything you want to send). When you have finished sending what you wanted to send, jump out back to the XMB, COPY your saved GT5 game data file from YOUR FLASH DRIVE, and overwrite the one on the PS3 (this will give you back EVERYTHING you had prior to the gifting, reload GT5 and double-check your inventory. If you want to use the tickets your have sitting around, you can. OR ---- You can do the process again tomorrow, and gift the ticket (items) to another account (anyone, including a secondary account of YOURS). then the following day, you'll send that same ticket (items) to yourself, and you can (if you continually duplicate the game save files) collect those items over and over again. It's a simple process, but it takes time due to the limitation in the gifting protocols used in GT5 - thanks PD. :indiff:

Anyway, I hope that helps you fzappa.

That's what I'm talking about, gratitude. :)

Hey Glenn, I have nearly every car in the game, so if there is something you need, just let me know, I'll help you out. 👍

Hey, could someone please point me in the right direction , I know it's here somewhere but can't find the instructions on how to put a YouTube video link in my signature, and rename it, because the link would look weird, I did it before, but I'm drawing a blank here, just let me know where to look and I'll figure it out, thanks!

Sorry:crazy:, not going to go through all that 🤬 to send a 🤬 donation. If I can't just gift a car to the leauge then 🤬.

Thanks , as always , Miss D for lookin' out!:D

Zappa. Here's the deal with the tickets. For purpose of a reward, its better to actually get the lvl x ticket as opposed to the car ticket. Since every level ticket has any number of cars that can be recieved. Some of which can only be attained through the use of the ticket. That's what the other two were talking g about, but not really informing you why. However. I'm with devious. Any donation is q good donation.

Thanks rally and Miss D for the excellent explanations! I'm still not taking half of my only day off to figure out how to send a level ticket. But if I can make a simple donation, you let me know.

You see, that's just it, it's simple to just SEND a car or ticket as a donation - that's easy. However if you want to donated items & STILL have it for yourself, then the steps I've outlined in a previous post are what you need to do. PD, setup GT5 to make items as tangible and as close to the real world as possible, so items that are used (in any fashioned) are - well, used. In the real world you have 2 cars, and you gift one of them as a gift to your buddy, you only have 1 car now - just like in the game. The problem is that we all are use to thinking of computer files as being something you can copy, share and share and share. The PS3 XMB will allow you to treat those files are computer files, while GT5 will treat those items as real world objects, so if you send a car to a friend, it deletes the car from your garage.

I hope that info offers you some insight.

Are any of you division hosts going to be able to race tonight? If so, would one of you mind hosting the unofficial races tonight? Since the races are unofficial, I want to treat tonight like a Wednesday night and have the races in the Open Lobby. Any takers?

Everybody missed the fairly obvious here. If you want to send a level ticket as a donation it is very much appreciated. The way to do it is to go into your items on the left hand side of the screen at GT home. Under items, there will be a category for car tickets. If you go into this menu, it will show you all the unredeemed level and prize cars that you currently own. Just press the triangle button on the ticket you wish to send and then select give to friend. Select the friend you wish to send to and they will get a level 17 ticket.

It saves you a step of opening the ticket and lets whoever gets the prize later on have the option of "flipping" that ticket until they get what they want from it.

I'm not a division host anymore, but if no one else can, I will.

Just want to wish everyone a Happy Memorial Day and thank all that serve and served in our military and their families for their sacrifice.
This day is for you and your heros to us all!

I am sorry I've been absent this past week. Just wanted to post this for tomorrow night:
