Suggestion for prize B winner for a car at Silverstone GP.
Stielow Engineering Camaro.
Requires alot of patience on braking and throttle control on exits, but is a blast to drive. Car can be painted and numbers can added.
$750,000.
591pp/ 818hp
Sport softs
Give it a try. Could make for a challenging combo.
👎

800hp on sport softs on Silverstone is a bit much.....

So it could be bookmarked or found easier as a TOTP, rather than searching through 30 posts on a page.

Good point. This is why I just race and post here, nothing more haha

I plan to pick up a bottle and start drinking while I'm doing my review run tonight.

Did you claim your $hells for all that?

Actually, I did claim my shells. That make two or maybe three weeks in a row for claiming shells. I will be opening a bottle after I get home from work for sure. It's been a long day already and it's only going to get worse working adult slow pitch softball tonight. I have to drown the stupid somehow.

Oh, if only we could actually get that many cars on the track at one time...imagine cat & mouse with that :lol:
Speaking of which, anyone interested in the return of @Rallywagon's Cat & SNAIL event? Based on our schedule, we've got two Friday's out of every month reserved for special events. One is the monthly Race of Champions, and the other is the monthly Concourse Club event. That leaves two Fridays a month that could have other special events planned. 💡

If anyone is interested in creating your own once-a-month SNAIL event, please post your idea here to see if there's interest or to get some feedback from those that might want to participate. 👍

@euclid58 you have an idea:D

I have finished Sector 1 several times. Is there a time to beat - if so what is it? A particular car to use? I must have missed something.

You have to do the time rally event. every sector (3 checkpoints) you pass will unlock that sector in practice. Finishing a lap will unlock the track for online use.

Like other people said you have to complete the sectors in the rally/race event before you unlock the sectors for practice ... yes, polyphony logic. :boggled:

Home and indulging in beverage(s) of a sociable nature. My project kick-off meeting got totally 🤬'up this afternoon! The guy presenting used the presentation from a sister project and not the one I sent him.... had to jump in and save his bacon
Me and Jack just started that party.

At 10:00PM Eastern there will be the inaugural Data Specialist/Scorekeeper clinic, hosted by me. There are 2 seats open (PSN only allows 6 in an Audio/Video chat) for this clinic. If you wish to attend please post here that you do and include your PSNID. First come first serve basis. At approximately 9:45 I will check the thread, note who wishes to attend and send out a Friend Request or accept those that have taken the initiative to send them to me. At approximately 9:55 I will send out the chat invites and wait for all to join. The "Clinic" will start shortly thereafter. I do not expect it to last longer than an hour and hope to pass along the necessary information in less than 30 minutes and use the remaining time for questions and open discussion.

Current roster of attendees are;
@Dragonwhisky (host)
@sprintr64
@Rednose58
@Oshawa-Joe
@kadrek / Volcoman3 (tentative may join at 10:30 or so)

You do not need a camera to attend. You should have a way to hear and if you wish to add your own comments or questions to the group, a microphone.

In the meantime, whisky has been procured, dinner consumed and the drifts created by the blizzard of IRs await to be shoveled.

Well.. at one time not long ago I had several.
Of course there is the GT-1/GT-2 project, which has been very well thought out and developed by you guys.
But I believe the idea was to make it a series. Anyone interested in that should talk to either @reigninblood , @Jakedog23 or @Fallen_log , I prefer not to take any credit for that.

@Wardenclyffe 's creation is the result of two members having the same idea at the same time.
And that represents the best of anything I ever thought of lately.
Other ideas would be a Circuit de la Sierra Track Days and revisiting Seasonal Events (tuned) and SNAIL Combo's of the past that were well liked.

However I tend to shy away from tuning these days with my own ideas because the spec formula is more in line with what this league is about.

There was also an idea for a JGTC 2000-2001 using the Supra's and GT-R's (GT500) of that period with the eight different liveries, four cars each which are very evenly matched, but might require the power limiter to even it out.
I stopped in the middle of working on it and still not sure if that would work yet.

My mic just broke. Thanks for the offer.
