I wouldn't be posting number of laps or anything more like that. It would just be full name of the car, probably bottom center of the image. I'll look into it for next week.

@TomMang_68
Because race cars get sponsor decals it made more sense in my mind to give them the GT6 banner number plate. The road cars are sort of out for a track day so they get simple number plates.

Also, stupid awesome pop-up headlights ruin the Mazda pic.

It might make more sense to post the cars as they appear in the dealership.
Like a screenshot of when you first open the details on a car so it's in stock color and rotating? I don't have screenshot technology and that would be annoying to try and time right to get them all at the same angle.

Also, I've been looking for a good use for these types of pictures ever since it was discovered we could view them on the computer and save them.

Edit: Or do you just mean use this style of photo but with the stock version of the vehicle?

Wouldn't that be pretty much "the weekly banner".. pretty sure this is just to show what we've got in the way of combos in a basic form so you and rednose don't have to go searching. Rednoses detailed combo post will follow shortly

As @DesertPenguin09 said, it doesn't need all the info the banners and @Rednose58 has in his charts, but just the car and track info so people know what the name of both are. Because there are so many cars in the game, we can't determine exactly which car it is we need to buy just from the image.

Man, it's taken me this long to wind down after this past Modays Pack Race. The Mazda Touring car picked for this weeks combo was the most fun race I have ever been involved in. We took the chicanes out of Le Sarthe and screamed down the straight away full throttle with inches separating 9 cars. Hang on tight. You could hear the fear in everyones's voice. After a twenty minute race there was only 4 seconds between first and last. Felt like 5 minutes, hands were shaking, had to take a double hit on the respirator.

I know I harp about this Monday night league, but if you haven't tried it, send a FR to Nail27 and give it a whirl. I promise a night of fun, clean and intense racing with a bunch of guys who like to laugh....a lot. Who cares if you win, no-one is keeping score.

Maybe I'll start another Controller debate.......

Ya know, I've seen videos of guys driving in their rigs, but never of somebody's hands around a controller. Might be a fun little project.
I'm going to rebuild my set up to make it a little more adjustable. As it is I race with a 60 inch TV 4 ft away from my ugly mugIt's too close. I think I am going to modify the ricotech setup for both racing and flying, that way I can take off from Milan before the start of the race and land in Rome at the end of the combo, maybe on to Berlin after that to land at the end of the racing night. I love Simming.
Controller= Game
Wheel= Sim
