For L24 tickets, there are only 2 level 24 cars. The '07 and the '10 Ferraris. Not much flipping required.

It took me almost 10 tries to just get the F2007, I kept getting F10s and FGTs in different colors. But now I have 2 FGTs, 1 F2007, and 1 F10.

I think this is a bad idea for Sunday night lets keep it to street racing and sometimes race cars.

Besides there is a rule about cars being under 1 million, but I'm against that rule. I think the SP1 at 1.5 million should be up for grabs, it doesn't take long to get 1.5 million credits. I get 1.3 million credits in 9 minutes by doing that Ferrari Formula car seasonal Rome race.

I understand the 1 million dollar limit rule, is to make it easy to obtain the chosen car, to allow for trading and low cost. I think this rule is to much of a limit for little reward. I don't think we trade enough to outweigh the awesomeness of 1 million+ cars. Perhaps it would be worth it to increase it to 5 million, but limit the selection to 1 per month. Another idea, If someone wins with perfect 100 score they can pick any car they want regardless of price( still premium or OCD would be nice). Just some thoughts.

Can some1 hook me up with a level 24 ticket? I'm sure i have something you'll want.

I can give out 4 lvl24 tickets by Friday night. I can start with you tonight at reset. I think tcrash might be wanting one tomorrow. That leaves 2 spots open to anyone needing a spec F10(no chassis reinforcement and no tuning) Unfortunately there are 3 possible cars with this ticket. Also keep in mind that HP broken in is 826HP

UPDATE: I'm looking at starting the race a couple of hours later to make it easier to get more people in.

Few thoughts in F10. The car rattles a steering wheel like no other in many parts of many tracks. The 2007 version much better car for this.

The Formula GT- variety of colors. No steering rattles. The no tune option can have HP pulled down. So we could do a Indy Lite style event with reduced or half power.

I've got almost every ticket to get every car. if you ever need something feel free to PM. I can guarantee a ticket within 48hrs. If many need it. I got an option that after 24hr notice I can then send 3 tickets daily.

Evo IX in stock trim actually drives nice. I'd pay to have a week in that. (own a Evo VIII so bias a little). Even the Scooby TC car handle nice stock.

As well many nice TC's not being used. Dodge sounds wicked and is wicked to drive.

Woooot

Owens do u have the 1966 & 1967 tickets?

By the way are we still talking about running the f10 on Sunday night?

In response to a PM from zer0: I will not be able to race this weekend and by the looks of things I'm away every weekend until October! I'm not going away, just overwhelmed with real racing.

See you all in October :)

Please keep in mind that the rule about cars being under 1 million has nothing to do with certain cars costing too much. The only reason that rule is in place is because cars 1 million or more cannot be gifted. Therefore, a car that costs 1.5 million credits might as well cost 15 million credits - neither can be gifted. In fact, if there was no limit on cars that could be gifted (like it used to be), I would even allow $20M cars to be selected as a Prize A or Prize B choices!

For anyone wondering why people are all of a suddenly saying whether they can race or not, I sent a PM to all the SNAILs who didn't submit a vote on Sunday night as to whether they could race next Sunday night, September 2nd (the day before Labor Day).

That being said, if we end up cancelling the races next Sunday night, I might be open to allowing a car that does not meet the "conveniently obtainable" rule. This is because we would have a longer period of time to make sure that everyone has the car needed. More importantly, it seems that we have enough members (including myself) who are willing to help distribute car/coupons/tickets in order to make something like this feasible if we do indeed end up having an extra week of time.

I will be able to race this Sunday. If there is no snail race then I would be willing to go with another idea.

Ok ok I get it, no F10 sunday night

Well I had a second choice that was fighting me yesterday, funny that people were looking forward to one anyway.
I call upon the Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution IV at Tsukuba

Joe I love your idea about saturday spec F10 to welcome the Spa GP, we should do this more often.

Thanks for making your Prize A selection. Excellent choice on the car. It's hard to believe that an Evo hasn't been on the lineup since last year (before this thread even existed)!!

As for the track, we raced Tsukuba for four straight weeks back in May and June. With that in mind, is there any chance you'd be willing to go with Tsukuba Circuit's MotoGP configuration? It's the same track, but we'd just require everyone to use the motorcycle chicane between turns 5 and 6. :D

I think using that chicane would totally change the experience and not make it seem like we were just there. Plus, I've been wanting to use that track configuration at some point anyways. Let me know what you think!

Has the Audi TTS Coupe '09 been raced @ SNAIL?

Hey Wolfsatz,

You can find all the prior combinations in the S.N.A.I.L. Results Google Spreadsheet. Just check the Car/Track Information tab.

There's other information in there too :)

Ive been in the hospital. Its why i didnt race this past weekend but if i do race this weekend, im sure i can race on Sunday

Yikes, sorry to hear that tensor120, take care of yourself first man. There'll always be a spot here for you :)

I'm not sure if I can race this sunday. I haven't made plans for the weekend yet but since I have monday off everything's still up in the air.

jobyone
Is that an actual configuration?

Yes, but NOT in GT5 :( This configuration is not specifically available offline or online.

Edit: the chicane IS there and can be used :) I just ran 4 laps to see what it is like and it works well. There will just have to be video review to make sure no one short cuts as the penalty system won't work.

Almost positive I do.

Lvl 21, 22, 23, & 24

Many random tickets as well. Also if Academy cars are able to be sent. I have all those tickets still.

Is Zer0 the only one with a second PS3? If we have enough we could get an extra in each room to park a truck in the way so no one forgets.

I have another PS3 and a Tank Car to sit in the road

But I'm not back until October :( Oops...

There you go! You or Zer0 will have to join a different lounge with your second account since you're in the same division. Three more to go!

We generally use the D1, D2, and D3 lounges when we want to get together for something. Click here to see how each lounge is used and then send an FR to any lounge you want access to.

Zero,
Requesting access to D1 and D3; according to the calendar D2 and D3 are being used tonight for some activities?
