i am on my 4th ps3 because of laser disc malfunction...whatever....can someone please send me a formula GT car? i dont have enough cash to purchase one. i had to start over from scratch
Demolition derby? I don't recall seeing a complaint filed by you on the steward forum this week so all must have been well for you.
Don't complain if you aren't going to file a complaint. If you don't say anything then don't bitch next week when they keep on doing it.
Cars must be in the "dealerships" and cost below 5 million cr. I'm pretty sure this lets the x series of cars out of being eligible.

You can also back up your game data to a USB or the PSN Cloud; aren't you a premium member?
That way if you start on a new system don't have to start from zero $.
blah blah blah...dupe me a formula GT PLEASE!!!
You know that can be fixed, right? I've gotten a couple of lasers from these guys. You can't send the FGT.

if i would have known it was gonna crash, dont you think i would have backed it up?
How about showing a little respect for people that are trying to help you?
Dabney already replied the FGT can NOT be sent because it's purchase price is more than a million dollars.
OR: If you'd backed it up, it wouldn't matter (much) if it crashed ...
Iroquois. You could try and get a level 24 ticket from someone (I would send it but I've used my send for today already) but you'd better be prepared to flip the ticket until you get an FGT (you can also get ferrari formula car from that ticket).
Alternatively, you could grab a FF car set to around 380 PP, if I recall correctly, and run the FF seasonal at Cape Ring until you have enough cash to buy one from the OCD. There are other seasonals that would work just as well but since you just restarted, a FF with that PP should be easy enough to come by.
and by the way Kcheeb, who is trying to help me?
That being said, how bad could the FGT be? If it is the power that is feared, how do you explain the demolition derby that the 75hp Cap at Madrid was?
I am not sure power is the issue here. I would say patience is the issue and it doesn't matter how little or how much power you have if you have no patience.
solutions?c'mon man
solutions?
Do you still have your old PS3? Does it run? If so, copy your GT5 game save to a usb drive, then copy that game save to your new PS3. Anything else?
It appeared as if you were calling that race a demolition derby. Which would imply you witnessed alot of vehicle to vehicle contact. And you had alot to say in chat during the races as well.
I just thought that after the egregious violations you witnessed that you might file a complaint lest ye be a victim once again.
solutions?
I was mad after the race. I am human and competitive. That is why I turned off my mic after that race when I realized I had nothing constructive to say and was just making things worse.
I turned my mic on later when the talk of the Clio at Daytona incident made me laugh and cheered me up. I also won the first Daytona race which made me happy considering how badly I messed up in the GVE races due to letting my frustration get the better of me emotionally. The night wasn't a total wash and I wasn't that angry after I slept on it. The fact that I referred to the 'demolition derby" perhaps was a little provocative but I characterized it that way to make a point that without patience, good racecraft is impossible, regardless of the car being used.
I think the idea that the car has nothing to do with having a clean race is not something that is not backed up by our collective experience. I'm not going to dispute that patience has a lot to do with it, but we tend to have closer races with less-powerful cars.
I'm just gonna go out a limb here and say this is probably because most of the snail cars driven are relatively slow. Some are better than others with slow cars and some are better with fast cars, making the promotion/relegation a bit insignificant when the cars are sped up for a week
Relative to what? The MP4-12C is pretty fast, as is the R8 V10.
