Looks like I get to run a few practice races tonight. If the room fills up, I will bow out as I will not be here for a couple of (race) weeks.

Looking forward to it.

ATTENTION.. Red Room needs a good host. Can someone please volunteer ?

I will go open up a room and then put the numbers on the thread.
Have never done it before, so it will be hit or miss.
Hope I don't miss.

I will run the red room tonight... I just got home and am scrambling to get the cars ready but as soon as I have it together I will set up a room and PM you the number....

EDIT: Skills is on the scene!!

Or how about Lewis Hamilton and pastor Maldonado who seem to dive bomb at every opportunity

or massa in the rain or takuma sato. comparing open wheel to sports cars designed for bumping is not really fair

imagine nascrap with those kinda of penalties.

lets just race as clean as possible and have fun.

Yeah....how the hell did we end up together so much?? It's like you were avoiding me at Deep Forest for some reason. ;)

I've gone back and forth thru the replays, and I don't think I did anything wrong..wasn't trying to push thru on that tight right turn, I was just a little quicker, and each time you seemed to turn in, right when I was at the sweet spot. I was even braking for that turn earlier usually...so all in all, very unfortunate, especially the 2nd race, where we both gave up great positions. :(

You had a great night - 2nd is an excellent result, and I think it would have been 1st, had we not been so magnetic at the Cape.

I don't think you did anything wrong either.... It was just a weird case of invisible bananas. But for it to happen twice in the exact same place at the exact same time and in the exact same way was just all the more bizarre. It had to be some kind of Witchy-poo sort of thing. We have raced together many times and I have always trusted you when were in close proximity. No harm, no foul and I am really looking forward to more racing!!

U know I have the exact opposite opinion as you guys who think penalties should be anonymous. I think they should be public for everyone to review. This would eliminate all bias since all would be able to review suggested penalties, and it would probably make the guidelines for what constitutes a penalty more clear since all would be able to agree (or disagree) on a complaint. Would also eliminate some of the he said she said nonsense on here because it would be really hard to talk about "someone" without saying their name, and if you did, all would know who or what you are talking about allowing us to truly see who the real problem is, instead of it being a nondescript "someone".
Remember, if the grass is greener on the other side it's because it's been fertilized with BS

Naa armed, one should never air dirty laundry. Besides the likely hood of a nasty agrument breaking out on the thread is far greater doing it that way.

I'm 80% sure I won't make this weeks race.

Anyone have the HP and PP numbers for the 2000GT and Integra RM?

I gained an HP in the Toyota and now wondering If my car is down on power. Sure hope so cause I was terribly slow in it. I know my new integra is down and slow. I got blown out in the loop by half the field. Rolling road block. Didn't need any practice with it. So I left. The whole not being able to sign in till 9:30pm and showing up in an Integra with stage 3. Thinking it was broken in and ready put me off and was gonna go practice PURE. However I'm thinking of just calling it a night. Only positive I've got from tonight is my new iRacing PC is built just need to wire it all in and install software. Oooh yea. Can't wait.

didnt know it could get any greater lol

My whole problem tho is I'm tired of getting on here and seeing about how a nondescript "someone" keeps on crashing people with no penalties at all. If you are going to talk about "someone" the least respect you could do them is letting them know who they are while they are being talked about. My way just sounds scary, probably would be a lot more effective than you would think. Having stewards implies, whether rightfully so or not, a hierarchy, which makes me fear that certain snails are scared of filing penalties, or are outright biased (just based on conversation in the past 24 hours this is true)

Yea either I suck at trial mountain or was down on power. Haven't felt that much like a road block for a long time. I'm running mine through a break in to see what happens. Most likely going to miss Sunday also as I'm working about an hour from home and don't get off till six.

Hahahha mines on like the wind oval racing now.

Oh System Update for PS3 too. Version 4.40. Might be large as its taking about 5 minutes and I can usually get GT5 updated in like 30 seconds.

2armed,

Worse?

Heck ya! Spurious charges, no evidence, hot words, hotter tempers, holier-than-thou 'tudes, and unleavened by a moderated sense of "is this fair to both drivers, and the code as written?"

On the other hand, public lynchings get easier, and Stewarding is WAAAY easier, and clearly the only bias is in favor of Girolamo Savonarola. Not that that's a bad thing, as long as you know where you are vs. the crowd....

G'Night, Gracie!

My train of thought always seems to be on a different course than everyone else's, not sure why

Your point was not completely wrong armedmen. Its just about respect to all 1st. Thats why your point was not best but not bad too.
