Yes, this is crucial, especially if you are in the way of the person you are trying to give a position back to. Also a big deal for me is if I give someone a position I won't try to pass until a few turns afterward, at least given i crashed because I was driving way faster than the person in front of me, unlike the sole reason for the crash was me driving like poop (on nurburgring gp most probably)

Yeah but the only problem with it is what happened to me last night. In order to give your position back i had to let panda go too... that sucked!!!
But it's worth to keep the good spirits in.

After you put me in the sand, allot of that my horrible cornering, I was further rewarded with spinning out on the rumbles trying to hold on. Then to top it off I got a penalty trying to reenter. I took it as a sign; the good lord just wanted me off to bed early.

This means either the car or the track will be replaced for next week's line-up. Since GTP_Worst_Driver gets Prize B, he gets to decide which part of the combo is replaced and what replaces it.

Sure was, all hybrid/modded/hacked cars reset with the update, and I'm guessing continue to do so every time you try to modify a save. I got a feeling they are running a three strikes and your out program. My assumption is that, if people find a way around this step, which someone will, they will start to console or IP ban.
