Now to dive into the sound options to see if I can fix the second problem I just ran into: My engine noise instantly silences when I drive over a kerb. On the Leaf, who cares, but I'm going to have a tough time in anything with a transmission if I don't figure it out.

Edit: I think I figured out the sound issue. There's an option to set the dynamic range under "Output Environment." I'm hoping that fixes the clipping.

Edit 2: Yup. The sound is good now. On a different note, the physics already feel more real than GT5. Color me impressed.

Load up a ghost from one of the leaders (or a fast Snail) if you can. You will improve a lot by following them.

So, opinions on gt6 since that's what gta is on.

I hope it's not the final version because the frame rate is horrendous and some of the textures take too long to load. With how bad the outskirts of the course looked, I am surprised by the lighting inside the car, would look real with a better frame rate. Also I think the physics are better as well as the menus (menus are better by a long shot from what I can see

Things are well, just incredibly busy with work, can't make the Sunday races anymore because its the only day I really get with the girlfriend. Once gt6 comes up ill be doing more racing. With a bit of luck ill be putting some times up tonight.

Has anyone figured out a pattern for off-track penalties (in GTA) yet? The line seems to be somewhere after the 3rd wheel partially goes beyond the rumble strip, but before the 3rd wheel completely goes beyond the strip. I'm having trouble visualizing it, so I'm not using the whole track in some spots.
