As race time approaches tonight, please keep in mind that while practice is good, having a multitude of rooms up in the club lobby at race time makes it more difficult to track how many drivers are going to be in a given division and that all divisions have a room up.
With this in mind, any practice rooms running through the club will need to be closed no later than 9 PM ET. This is the time that division hosts can start opening rooms for Sunday night racing. The official Sunday night rooms should not be used for last minute practice. Once you are in that room, you should take your car to turn one and wait until it's time to start racing. Starting on time is key to finishing on time if you're out running laps instead of gathering in turn one, you're potentially delaying the start.
It was hard for me to keep It under the wraps. But I will be racing in the 25 Hours of Thunderhill today with two time winner and defending team RJ Racing in their Miata for class E3 honors again.
I will be on track with guys like Al Unser Jr., Kurt Busch, Randy Pobst, Kyle Marcelli and other great drivers.
Hey Wolf, I'll be home sharp for tonight. I'll send you a friends request if poss? Needing to get my act together this week. Appreciated, see you later.
@Neovre Congrats on the class win! Super cool! Would love to truck a bunch of fellow Canadians down to run the 25 hours... Soon... (BTW sweet helmet... Same as mine, only yours seems to be in much better shape, must be nice to have a windshield in front of you!)
