New Tie-Breaking Process​

Starting tonight, there will be a new and improved process for breaking ties in the combo elimination vote. This new process is basically the same as the process outlined here, but with one notable difference. From now on, when there's a tie in the combo elimination vote, the first step we'll take to break the tie is to look for any driver who voted to eliminate a combo that he didn't participate in. When found, those votes will be nullified. If there's still a tie after those votes are nullified, we'll continue from there with our existing process. In summary, here are our tie-breaking steps in order:
  1. Nullify any elimination votes for a combo in which the driver did not participate in
  2. If a tie remains, the Prize A winner's vote will be nullified
  3. If a tie remains, the Prize B winner's vote will be nullified
  4. If a tie remains, the Prize C winner's vote will be nullified
  5. It's almost impossible that there would still be a tie after the four steps above have been taken because it would mean that all of the nullified votes were cast for the most popular combo of the night. However, if that ever happens, we will start nullifying votes of the remaining division winners (the ones who didn't win Prize A, B, or C). We'll start with the one with the highest adjusted score and go down from there.
TIP: If you really hate a combo, the best way to make sure your vote to eliminate it counts is to actually participate in the combo. Not doing so actually increases the chance that it won't get voted off! :eek:

The time trial can be found on the open lobby page titled, New Snail Member Time Trial, I think.

You should have your invite to the club. From the lobby click on the left side for club events. You will see the new member time trial

We don't just post the club number, you will have to receive an invite on your PSN account. If you haven't received one you will need to make sure SNAIL has your correct PSN name to send your invite to. If that information is correct and you still don't have an invite someone will need to help you - but it might be a while since we're busy with Sunday night duties right now.

You need to follow the steps that nmcp laid out for you and then linked to just a couple of posts up. Once you have done that, you can worry about a time trial.
 
Hosts are free to start the night's racing at the scheduled time. Good luck to everyone in divisions where the championship is still up for grabs and to everyone else that is fighting for second or even seventh spot.

D8 has to open a new room. Setting keep giving hosts the boot. Moving everyone to new room.

Well some bad luck getting taken out in both the last two races, I hope the TVR sticks around at a new track...
