Whoa! That's a whole different perspective than what I thought about doing! I was just going to take the pedal assemblies out of my G27 case, and fabricate a new mount that inverts them. Your system would give more leverage, and more travel, which is maybe a point I missed. I'm anxious to see others weigh in on this one.
You can also mount them right side up on an inclined plate like the Bob Earl rig.45 degrees does it....see picture. Note high tech heel rest (theirs were foam and failed in flight)

That looks a little awkward. I have been thinking of inverting my G27 pedals but would probably take them out of the plastic casing and do something like this

Here is a good tutorial on how to do it and keep them in the plastic casing

And some DIY pedal mounts

What I really want is @GranStand Bill to design one that is a standalone (or works with his rigs)

Here are a couple of pictures of what we do in real life. The 19 is an IMCA modified. There are three different cars that are all numbered 19. These pictures were taken by random people and shared on the track's facebook page. I will be bugging my aunt tomorrow to see if she has anything from when we took both cars to Las Vegas a few years ago. These pics are from a couple of years ago. My car is the same color scheme at this one but is numbered 91 and it only goes out when we are both racing at the same time. The 19 cars are shared and are used when only one of us is racing.

The black and white photo is from the mid 70's and that is my grandfather in that car.

The 00 car is called a street stock out here and that is a shared project that we have been working on in our spare time for a family friend.

Cat sleeps on wheel...in seat....under legs....wherever....and two 100# K-9s (German Shep and Griffon) love me being down at THEIR level. But... I just installed a 42 inch 3d LCD primary screen (WOW!)...and now have three...a 20 inch a 30 inch and the big one...something tells me that no one makes a frame for that 3 screen rig.! I'll be back next week on Sunday nights trying to use my "spare" rig (Logitech wireless...no pedals) from the TV room due to foot injuries caused by over enthusiasm (too much walking) at Sebring and St. Pete (My blisters have blisters.). See you guys in 7 or 8 then.

Not a neat freak....but am cleaning after your rude remarks....:irked::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol:

sorry, didn't mean it that way.

I use a Rocket tuned up to 650 PP on B-Spec at Williow Springs in the 20 mile race. Set the pace to push the pace and leave it be. It pays a little better than the Nurb race on a per minute basis. The car is also less expensive to do a chassis refresh.
What tires did you use?

Thank you for considering me for your league.I received an message in my inbox on PSN.I have read the good racecraft guide, and would enjoy learning from you all.

@Raw10_2u

Here's your official SNAIL Welcome Post!
Thanks for your interest!
Here's what you need to know (and do) in order to join:

We run a clean league by enforcing a strict penalty system based on the SNAIL OLR (which is a modified version of the GTP OLR). We also expect all of our drivers to know and follow The Good Racecraft Guide. Please become versed in both if you aren't already. Once that is complete, please follow the steps below to complete your entry into the league:

1. You start a conversation and add @CoachMK21, @Dragonwhisky, @JLBowler, @nmcp1 & @zer05ive as participants. The conversation title should be "Request To Join".

2. SNAIL Administrators will respond with specific instructions on what you need to accomplish to join the SNAIL [Spec] Racing club. Sunday races are organized exclusively through the GT6 Community features within the game.

3. Place the following links (URLs) in the favorites (or bookmarks) in your web browser for quick reference. Please make every effort to read and understand the following links. Over the years a great deal of time and effort has gone into creating this league and we would like nothing more than to have you but we ask that you take the time and effort to do your homework. 99.9% of any question you may have about SNAIL can be found in the posts below.
4. You drive fast and clean on Sunday 👍

Again, the original post has everything you need to know about what to expect on Sunday night and what you will need to have completed in order to be competitive. If you have any questions, please feel free to post your question on the thread. If you have a preference for car/wheel colour and racing number, please follow the instruction contained here.

During the week we run a number of different events, we encourage all SNAILs to join as many as possible.
Welcome to SNAIL

Well that was a blast :). I don't have any video unfortunately but I think I did pretty well. Apparently I had a couple local fellas watching me and my out of this world skillset. Ha!
