Last winter I remember similar issues which seemed to quietly disappear over summer. Now I am no 7 o'clock weather man so I may be wrong here.
Hello Guys,
With the constant disconnection issues causing a total lack of practice and family obligations, as well as getting my G27 working on the PS4 with PCars I will no longer be able to race on Sunday nights. It has been great racing with all of you on Sunday as well as during the week in practice rooms and of course OMG!! I hope to see you all soon on PCars or GT Sport/7 soon!
Does this count as a season in regard to me being eligible for prizes or do I have to wait until the middle of marchAnother great season behind us! Here are the podiums for February season:

This is a great opportunity for me (and probably many others) to drive a car they have never driven. I never got the 86GT Concept Cars because they looked wonky and the actual 86GT is in the game to be had. But this one is essentially a BRZ STi or 86GT R. Subaru turbo at around 300HP, upgraded suspension and other assorted parts, lightened to 1000kg, it's a blast to drive. And I only did a single lap on a controller, imagine how it will be with the wheel!Prize Choice:
Toyota FT-86 G SPORTS Concept '10
Tires: Sports Medium (SM)
Dealership PP: 476
PP after oil: 483
Dealership HP: ---
HP after oil: 313
Weight: 1000
Mid-division lap time: 2:14.XXX

But the BRZ STi isn't going to have a turbo, or any sort of forced induction. This is a great opportunity for me (and probably many others) to drive a car they have never driven. Maybe I missed it or something but are there no more time trials going on anymore?
@Jaguara was running them but he has since retired from SNAIL
Has anyone offered to take those duties over? What would that entail? I also enjoyed the time trials as a way to see how I was stacking up next to my fellow racers.

Q C was in the same situation you were. He simply couldn't get back in. It's like PSN has cancer and its now terminal. It seems like it's getting worse. I decided to call into Playstation today to see if there was any information and possible solution to these network outages and random disconnects. ( I know I know its like calling a DR for help right after a ten car pile up)
I want to encourage everyone who reads this from snail to do call in and post in the forum link (that I will post here.) And file a complaint / inquiry as well as post about the issues we are seeing. Make sure you are specific to GT6 (and or any other games you might be noticing the issues with.) We want to try to specify the area of concern as much as possible so IF there is something that can be done about it. Then they will be able to do it.
It might be a long shot and it might not do anything. I feel however that we at least have to try who knows maybe we will get lucky and there is a fix for it in some way. sigh....anyways. here is the phone number to call playstation and inquire
Playstation support #: 1(800) 345-7669 US / CANADA
Here is the forum link to post about the issues I recommend to call first then post so they can tie your call in with your post to give it more attention.

Here is my post on the issues we are having either add to it or post your own:
(try to be as specific as possible in regards to GT6 the more detail they have the better. And the more people complaining about it the better.)

PSN random disconnects and incompatibility errors in GT6 online community play. What is going on?!?
I am trying to find some answers as to why the PSN netork at certain random times becomes unusable. We have noticed the issues while trying to play online with GrandTurismo6. This problem seems completely random but significant enough to completely shut down online playability.
The issue:
when you enter into the community online play and setup a room to race in. you will, at times when the PSN network is starting to glitch. Be kicked off of the PSN entirely. Or if you aren't signed out. you will not be able to get into rooms without first attempting to join countless times. Once in the room(if you are one the lucky ones) you won't be able to see some players and of course this will force you to have to leave the room and try again to rejoin. Which then starts the whole series of problems all over again. It seems very random and is happening to different people at different times and in different area's all over north america.
note*
we are in a league called SNAIL to summarize SNAIL is a racing league on the PSN. Hundreds or racers every week come together every sunday to compete in a friendly but competitive racing league.
These disconnections and random drops from PSN are constant and seem to be getting worse over the last couple months. I have posted in our SNAIL forums for others to also post their issues in there area's effected as well. It has become a big enough problem that I (and many others) feel something needs to be addressed if possible. Or at least some answer as to why these are occurring so often.
note*
Alot of attention to details goes into setting up SNAIL for clean smooth online play. We at SNAIL all understand to run a hardline while online. To clear the cashe in game and to make sure router traffic isn't an issue. We set up designated hosts for events who have better tthen average internet connections with respect to DL , UL , and ping ratings. All in an effort to avoid problems like the one currently mentioned above.
It would be greatly appreciated by hundreds of racers and peope alike im sure. If we could at least get some answers as to why the PSN network seems to almost shut down or simply stop working properly. The problem is constant and needs to be addressed or solved if at all possible.
Lets hope for the best and see if something can be done about the issues. Again I know this is a long shot but I feel like we have to try something. Because standing around watching this go on and on is maddening and getting old really fast!
Ya why hasn't this been put up to the group to see if anyone else has the time and wants to do it. The TT's were a really nice addition to the weekly race combo's.Has anyone offered to take those duties over? What would that entail? I also enjoyed the time trials as a way to see how I was stacking up next to my fellow racers.

But... But... you can still use the new gen wheels on the PS3!Well after many years of fun reliable service my DFGT has suddenly decided to pack it in!!!
So I will be on controller for first time in many years tonight. So I pre apologize in advance and try my best not to ruin anyone's race.
Sadly depending how this goes I may be the next SNAIL member to leave GT6
It looks like my tax refund might have to go towards a ps4, Project Cars and a new wheel just to feed my addiction.
