On the subject of discussing IR's in the lobby or the threads.

If you heard someone in the lobby talking about an IR, file an IR against them for talking about it. SNAIL doesn't allow it and if you (anyone) are willing to tolerate it and let it go unreported then you have no room to complain about it. Man up and take the two minutes it takes to file an IR and let the stewards deal with it.

If you have the time to complaint about a driver's actions by posting here about it and announcing that you're (anyone) quitting because of one unnamed driver then you had time to file an IR for whatever they did to upset you to the point of quitting.

As has already been said. There is a system in place to deal with these kinds of things. Use it.

I imagine that the problem with doing anything before the Stewards have their say is that there are many IRs that never become penalties, so there would be a lot of wins under suspicion that wouldn't turn into anything.

And if they don't turn into an offence. Then show the winners in all their glory without red flags. Maybe make the cups shine brighter or the podium bigger and more celebratory.

I took everyone's (most everyone's) advice and after having an IR filed on me (I usually file on myself) I went and watched the race again. I just filed 5 IR's...thanks for everyone's support...the jury is still out.

That's what I did last week over on the dark side. I saw no point in showing provisional results when I knew there would be a shakeup.

This would be a good start for sure. only post and celebrate when its official! Or keep the original nights standings simple and small with a clear indication these are not the official racing results. Then when they are official make it big and bolstered !

An IR doesn't mean your guilty. It means there is an outstanding issue and it needs to be resolved by an unbiased source. so as to be as fair as possible about the incident at hand.

May I ask why the video I posted got removed? It had nothing to do with IR's.

It's best not to post videos of people violating the OLR but if you must as an example, take the names out of the video so as to not identify and call out a guilty party in public.

Maybe a small post something not to formal and not to colorful with a clear message saying not official results or something like that. And then after IRs are done the big presentation to reward hard fast clean and successful racing.

The IR submission form is closed. There are 33 incidents for the stewards to review. More information will be coming up after the results are posted. No idea when that will be as our founder is busy with very important business at the moment.
