The round that received the most elimination votes was:
Round 2 - Gran Turismo Racing Kart 125 Shifter (Sports: Soft) at Silverstone The Stowe Circuit (14 laps)
Therefore the entire combo has been dropped from next week's line-up. Since @TXAH606 wins Prize A, he gets to choose an entirely new car and track combo to replace it.

The round that received the second most elimination votes was:
Round 3 - Nissan Zytek Z11SN Greaves Motorsport '13 (Racing: Medium) at Circuit de la Sarthe 2013 (3 laps)
This means either the car or the track will be replaced for next week's line-up. Since @USERID_77a23 gets Prize B, he has the option to freeze the car or the track, or he can give that option to the Prize C winner. If he gives the freeze away, then he gets to decide what car or track replaces the part of the combo that is left unfrozen by the Prize C winner.

Prize C goes to @OscarMorales so he gets whichever option the Prize B winner does not select.

Preliminary prize winners, please don't announce your prize selection until all incident reports have been filed and it has been confirmed that you don't have any penalties. It's also recommended that you review the SNAIL combo history and other data on our car and track history so that you can get an idea how many times we've raced each car and track. Please remember that originality is always appreciated, so picking cars and tracks that we've never raced is a plus (but not required). What's more important is that you thoroughly test any combo that you are considering before making it your official selection. For example, any car you select should not hit its rev limiter at any point during a race (even in the draft).

IMPORTANT: When posting your Prize A or Prize B selection, please list the complete in-game name of the car and/or track you are selecting. For example, if you want to select the Amuse Superlegara for your car, post "Amuse Nismo 380 RS Superlagara". If you want to select Monza for a track, post "Autodromo Nazionale Monza". This makes it much easier for the lineup to be updated accurately and also prevents confusing other league members as to which car or track you are selecting. Also, please be sure to list the PP and HP (after oil change) of any car you select.

Currently tracking 22 Incident Reports
We have at least one prize winner with a racing incident being investigated by the stewards. This may, obviously, change the order of the prizes to be selected. All winners are asked to refrain from making selections until the Weekly Steward's report has been posted.
The target deadline for the Steward Reviews, this week, is Wednesday night by 10PM Eastern. The Steward Summary will be posted as soon as possible, following completion of reviews.
:@: SNAIL Stewards, please make your way to The Incident Review Scoring.
The IR Submission Form is now closed.

Prize B and C are set. @USERID_77a23 and @OscarMorales are clear to make their selections starting with @USERID_77a23 having the option to use or pass the freeze.

Potential prize winners will be contacted via a private conversation with options, instructions, and deadlines to make picks.

D5 data is done .I need to ask with the glitch and being disconnected and the room would not load so no one could get the replay .We even left one at a time to see if it would load for any one , and no luck .What should we have done .Plus two people left after the glitch so we moved on to the last combo .It was already running late and I do not think any one wanted to run a extra race just for a replay we had scores .I loaded what replays we had last night .Well after midnight again and have to be up by 5:30 , goodnight again sorry @singlepaddy .

No worries my friend. As they say, poop happens ... I appreciate all the hard work though.
To be frank I really had no interest in running a another complete race again especially since it was the only one I won that night...lol
Funny, I've never seen a room glitch like that after the race was over!!!

We had the same issue in D1. Screen stuck on GT Logo after the race. We were lucky to get the room back after three players left, so we got the replays. Funny thing was that the results page showed blanks where their names were and their country flags were from Japan...

I see the blank space with the Japanese flag quite often in the quick matches when someone is not visible on the track and it happened all the time in gt5

I was told that the Japanese flag with no visible driver meant a GT / PD employee was watching to make sure no illegal stuff was going on, ie hacking. No idea how true that really is. In fact, it sounds pretty bogus, but just passing it along. Maybe see if snopes.com has anything on it :)

Also, I was looking at the main SNAIL Racing League thread list. It shows your avatar/icon on the threads you've posted. If you hover over the image, it tells you how may posts you've made in that thread. Pretty interesting. I'm sure there are some bigger numbers out there, but as of this post, my total is:

1,810

1304 is that this thread alone or total post on gtplanet?

Pretty sure it just shows the Japanese flag as a "default" flag when it doesn't know which flag to show.

Then there's this little tidbit. Hover over the replies number and this little popup appears.

In the other league I was in we use to get japanese flags after the races. We were all grown men and "friends" we talked the way good friends talked. Always private rooms always strong host with everyone else having strong connections (no Disconnects).

1 day a bunch of us got warnings from playstation about bypassing the swear filter in order to type. We didn't report to playstation yet japanese flags with no name would be in the room after a race and we got the warnings.

This is how the "rumour" started on my end.
