Thanks Tex, didnt even think about that. I wont be able to get to my ps4 until later today and then I'll post a time of day and mid div lap time.

@JLBowler should suggestions for tracks also have a time of day in the future? Or will the prize winner pick it themselves?

So just to clarify. Since Phish did not specify a time of day, I cannot choose my own time of day even though I selected his track. It has to stay default. Right? Probably good to get this out of the way now since its bound to happen again down the road.

Correct. As he did not specify a time of day, his suggestion is assumed to be the default time of day. You can not change part of anyone's suggestion when making a choice.

Another quick question. Last Sunday I ran off track (all 4) during qualifying and re-entered safely. Afterwards someone in chat mentioned I had done so. I scanned through the rules and didnt see anything regarding this. Did I do something wrong?

This does present a interesting question...According to the rule ; you are supposed to pull over for the duration, however, if on an out lap and go off without affecting other drivers , one would think your hot lap could still be a good one.

Question: if you go off on ur out lap, your finished? That doesn't seem right.

If you go off track at any time during the out lap or the hot lap you are to pull off and wait until the end of the session. You are not to pull back on track. It's in the qualifying procedure that @MajorBlixem posted here and it's also linked in section 16 of the SNAIL OLR, which is here. The penalty for doing so is also in Major's post. For those that don't use the link, the penalty is DQ for that race.

As it may not have been widely known last week, no penalties will be enforced for qualifying. Moving forward, reported incidents will be investigated and penalties will be handed out when necessary.

I think thats another good reason for streaming. Since we are qualifying in "free run" conditions there is no replay to be saved. I dont know how the stewards would be able to prove if someone was on or off the track during qualifying without a replay. With a stream youd have a much better chance of having evidence. Hopefully this wont be much of an issue though, you just need to tread lightly while qualifying.
