New game update scheduled for the 15th. Should be interesting.
I'm assuming tomorrow? That's sudden!
Could also be an update to allow some type of in game viewing of the WORLD FINALS.They have to fix the glitch in the daily races I'm assuming that's what the update is ever since the last update someone always gets stuck on grid
Always nice to be optimistic At least we know it will include the Circuit Experience for Barcelona-CatalunyaCould also be an update to allow some type of in game viewing of the WORLD FINALS.
The pattern to date was always an update with new content followed by a game update a week later to fix the new bugs introduced by the last weeks update.
The World Finals page is available. You will note that the race track for the last race is not named..... Conspiracy theorists believe that it could be Monaco GP Circuit.
It would be like lapping Daytona with a go-cart.I think they'd be silly not to have included Monaco if they're hosting at in Monaco, what I find hilarious is that they're racing at Monza (NO CHICANE) in group 1's, and then racing at Sarthe for the WORLD FINALS in the red bull junior.
Who came up with these combo's - and how could anyone have thought Sarthe in red bull juniors with the "best" 16 drivers in the world would create for good racing.
It would be like lapping Daytona with a go-cart.
The last time they broadcasted a big race at Sarthe it ended up being these little "packs" of drivers and once you lost the slipstream to the pack in front of you - good luck catching it again.
That and they insist on doing rolling starts, sorry to the unlucky SOB's that qualify like 4-5 who get to start the finals race in the middle of the ford chicanes on the damn red bull and likely won't catch up to the front 3 on the back stretch.
Same idiot who thought a repechage race of Ford 150's at Big Willow must've chosen this.
If they're insisting on racing the red bull, why not at least race is at the Red Bull ring, good track with plenty of passing chances, or maybe Nurb GP - or why not the Nurb 24h track if they really wanted to make it interesting.
Instead we're going to see red bull juniors hit the rev limiter down the looooooong back stretches and a sprint race on a track that is really designed for endurance racing.
Monza with no chicane is just as baffling a lot of excitement in the first chicaneEverything you need to know about the World Finals

The final is not in juniors it’s in the standards.

The Manufacturers World Final (on Saturday) will be a 60-minute endurance at Nurb 24H in Gr. 3. Each manufacturer has three drivers that will take turns during the 60 mins.
Yeah the manufacturer finals looks to be very exciting. The Manufacturers World Final (on Saturday) will be a 60-minute endurance at Nurb 24H in Gr. 3. Each manufacturer has three drivers that will take turns during the 60 mins.
What pansies...we just did 90 mins last night...I dont meen that seriously.
It would be cool if we could implement how they are doing the GTS FIA endurance race in to a friday night race but it would probably be way to complicated but would be fun
It would be and at least if me and @Herimopp89 were on the same team we couldn't wreck each other lolIt would be cool if we could implement how they are doing the GTS FIA endurance race in to a friday night race but it would probably be way to complicated but would be fun
That's something iv been waiting for a racing game to to do for a long time I have always thought it would be cool to have a 4 driver team and be able to switch off at different times and run like a true le mans raceI'm excited about the Driver handoff system. It's finally going to make it possible for me and some friends to torture ourselves into a 24 hour race.
Lol or do something like imsa does with a platinum(d1) gold (d2) silver(d3) and bronze (d4) driver on a team and race a 12 or 24 hour raceIt would be and at least if me and @Herimopp89 were on the same team we couldn't wreck each other lol
Make it happen then might try an hour or something first lol with a full lobby even without it with some work we could make it happen have other drivers sit in the pita then after the time the next driver goes outLol or do something like imsa does with a platinum(d1) gold (d2) silver(d3) and bronze (d4) driver on a team and race a 12 or 24 hour race
Great minds think a like lmaoIf there's enough interest we can build this for our Christmas Holiday event. I suggest a 20 min race per team member then hand over to the next driver.
If the technology is not yet available be can base it the same way we do the invitational races. The result from the previous race becomes the delay for the next race.
Team members must be from different divisions to prevent unfair advantage for one team.
If there's enough interest we can move this discussion to the dedicated Holiday event thread and plan accordingly
I'm all for it especially with helping test but I'll be the first to admit I suck when it comes to trying to set something up I'm still kinda new to sim racing and theres alot I am picking up week by week month by month but I'm down to help anyone who has a idea for thisMake it happen then might try an hour or something first lol with a full lobby even without it with some work we could make it happen have other drivers sit in the pita then after the time the next driver goes out
I really like the idea of using the invitational delay that's really smart also something I wouldnt have thought of lolIf there's enough interest we can build this for our Christmas Holiday event. I suggest a 20 min race per team member then hand over to the next driver.
