Congrats to all winners and podium finishers tonight!
Nic and I had an excellent battle at NGP for the 2nd race. That was a ton of fun.I guess these things are bound to happen every once in a while... Last night @Neutty did a 1:21.071 on Lap 5, then on Lap 6 I did the exact same ''fastest lap''

So this is the second week now where my PS4 shuts itself off abruptly mid race and I have to restart it by pushing power twice. It then goes into a recovery mode and restarts. It only happens in GTsport. Any ideas? There isn’t much online about it so I guess I’ll just keep trying different things until it works.
I just reinitialized my PS4 per internet advice and now have hours upon hours ahead of me redownloading everything. The next step they call for would be to start in safe mode and rebuild the database. Then if all else fails tear it apart and clean it off. I hope I can get this figured out soon. At least pcars2 runs without a hitch so I can still race somewhere.

How well is the current firmware working on GT Sport? Any issues to be aware of?
It's not just the US, Canada does it as well.my face when i entered the lobby and found out that i missed the first rounds due the summer timing change at US....LOL.
all those hours training to be fast wasted.
It's impossible to create more daylight by setting the clocks to a different hour. The sun still rises and sets as before. It's not just the US, Canada does it as well.
Something about the further away from the equator you are, the less energy we consume if we have more daylight.

its all my fault to be closer to the equator, shame on me.....
When daylight savings time was first proposed it was said that it would save energy. It actually wastes energy (source) along with disrupting the lives of hundreds of millions of people. All daylight savings time does is cause everyone to lose sleep (except Arizona) and cause @Noob01_lmdead (and others I'm sure) to miss the first races last night. We moved the clocks forward an hour, which means we get up when the sun is lower, and are at home in the afternoon/evening when the sun is higher.
We have essentially "moved" our schedules forward by and hour to make more effective use of the daylight, thus having to rely on lights less.
I never said we're creating more daylight - we're just shifting our normal operating hours to make more optimal use of the daylight.
The further away from the equator you are the more you are affected by the sun going away sooner in the day during the winter.
Seriously, spend a day in Canada around December and it'll be pitch black by around 5:30pm and the sun won't come up until almost 7am the next morning.
Whereas in the summer it's light until almost 8:30pm. It's weird.
Yea, then it would not have been 5 o'clock somewhere, it would have been 5 o'clock everywhere! This wont happen if the earth were flat, as many people belive......

Confirms what the first article said. No energy is saved, and there are more accidents. That whole article is against DST, of course it's going to be a biased.
I would suggest reading something a little more impartial.

I don't think you actually read the article as there were examples of both energy savings and increased energy consumption.
