Do you guys have any advice on practicing for the Sunday night snail racing events?
There is an official practice night on Thursdays, that I would encourage you to attend. All of the combos are ran in order, as they would be on Sunday night. Look for the official practice lobby to open around 9pm on Thursdays.

Also set up your own lobbies so you can practice when you have time. The snail settings can be found in the olr

Just to add on to what Texas said, when you open a lobby make sure you throw a post up in this thread with the lobby ID. There are people around at almost any time that would hop on and practice with you.

And I think you get $hells for it too!

Great battle with @Herimopp89 for 4th place at Suzuka yesterday. We battled for almost two laps, getting side by side multiple times. He put a lot of pressure on me, forcing me into an error and winning the battle. Great racing Heri, I really enjoyed that!

Check it out here if you want:

That was hands down one of the best battles I have had. I was completely content running 5th for that race, just glad to actually have some pace to run with some of you guys in D1 even the finish to the 2nd race there was great too

What is the difference between "Race for Real" and "Race for Fun" in the lobby settings? Asking because last night when I pulled up the SNAIL lobbies, I saw some were Race for Real and others were Race for Fun.

Epic and, as far as I know, clean five car battle in D3 R2 R2 last night. Awesome stuff @N38824r @Rogue Clone @basswerks1 @Mully465

I have given tests like what is below to groups of people from 5th and 6th grade basketball teams to groups of current employees to potential employees. I have observed over the years that most have a certain amount of, let's say difficulty, in completing the test correctly.

I was given a test very similar to this by a high school history teacher. This was given in an AP class and 16 of the 19 of us in that class were able to complete the test correctly. I served as a teachers assistant for this teacher the next year and was able to see how his non-AP classes performed on the test. I was shocked to see that only 11 out of the 122 students in his regular classes completed the test correctly. This ratio has, unfortunately, seemed to carry over into my dealings with today's adults.

Without further ado, I give you the test. I'm not asking anyone to complete it. It's really just for laughs.

Name ____________________________ Score ______

Directions: You have five minutes to complete this test. Carefully read the entire test before doing anything. In order to ensure the accuracy of this exam, you should not use more than the allotted time of five minutes. Good Luck!

You may begin now!

  1. Write today's date—month-day-year in the top right hand corner of your test paper.
  2. Write the answer to the following multiplication problem directly underneath the date on your test paper--6 X 5 = ?
  3. Write the name of the month that begins with the letter "D" in the top left hand corner of your test paper.
  4. Add 15 to the answer you got in #2, and write this new total directly underneath your answer for #3.
  5. In the lower left hand corner of your test paper, write the names of your favorite singer and your favorite group.
  6. Just above your answer to #5, write "This test is very easy."
  7. In the lower right hand corner of your test paper, draw a rectangle and inside the rectangle draw a five pointed star. The size of these drawings is not important.
  8. Directly above your answer to #7, draw a row of three small circles. Once again, size is not important.
  9. Write the name of the first president of the United States on the back of your test paper anywhere you choose. If you don't know who this is, write your own name instead.
  10. Write the name of any country that begins with the letter "I" directly underneath you answer to #2.
  11. Take the number of dwarfs in the Snow White story and add it to the number of bears in the Goldilocks story. Divide by 2. Write this total in the approximate center of your test paper.
  12. Think of a number between 1 and 50. Double that number. Add 20. Add 6. Subtract 17. Subtract 9. Divide by 2. Write this number on your test paper directly underneath your answer to #11.
  13. Now that you have carefully read all of the parts so far, and you have not carried out any of the actual work, skip the next 2 questions and go back and only complete #3.
  14. The name of the first president of the United States is George Washington. He was president from 1789 until 1797. Add the two dates together to see if the total is less than 5000.
  15. You should not be reading the end of the exam before the beginning of the exam, but now that you are here, you have just wasted some of the time you may need to complete the test.

I have just completed the test. My printer now no longer works and the cat is stuck in the dishwasher. Thanks 👍

I read through the entire test like it stated in the opening paragraph then wrote December in the upper left hand corner of the paper.
I can read and follow instructions cuz I’m smart like that....and I read ****
Not gonna lie I had to say out loud the months to find the one starting with D. Lol. I feel so dumb but I was convinced I didn’t need to write anything at all.

Any gr 3 correct?
Once you choose a Gr.3 for this season you must stay in that Gr.3 until the end of the season. Then you can change to something else. Choose wisely. Go here and reply your choice. You have until the start of the race to choose. Whatever you start the race in will be your Gr.3.
