The round that received the most elimination votes was:
Round 3 - Subaru IMPREZA Touring Car (Racing: Hard) at Willow Springs International Raceway - Big Willow (9 laps)
Therefore the entire combo has been dropped from next week's line-up. Since @TomMang_68 wins Prize A, they get to choose an entirely new car and track combo to replace it.

The round that received the second most elimination votes was:
Round 1 - Toyota 86 Race Car Base Model '12 (Sports: Hard) at Silverstone National Circuit (10 laps)
This means either the car or the track will be replaced for next week's line-up. Since @kickenit4evr gets Prize B, he has the option to freeze the car or the track, or he can give that option to the Prize C winner. If he gives the freeze away, then he gets to decide what car or track replaces the part of the combo that is left unfrozen by the Prize C winner.

Prize C goes to @gtr3123 so he gets whichever option the Prize B winner does not select.

Preliminary prize winners, please don't announce your prize selection until all incident reports have been filed and it has been confirmed that you don't have any penalties. It's also recommended that you review the SNAIL combo history and other data on our car and track history so that you can get an idea how many times we've raced each car and track. Please remember that originality is always appreciated,so picking cars and tracks that we've never raced is a plus (but not required). What's more importantis that you thoroughly test any combo that you are considering before making it your official selection. For example, no car you select should not hit its rev limiter at any point during a race (even in the draft).

IMPORTANT: When posting your Prize A or Prize B selection, please list the complete in-game name of the car and/or track you are selecting. For example, if you want to select the Amuse Superlegara for your car, post "Amuse Nismo 380 RS Superlagara". If you want to select Monza for a track, post "Autodromo Nazionale Monza". This makes it much easier for the lineup to be updated accurately and also prevents confusing other league members as to which car or track you are selecting. Also, please be sure to list the PP and HP (after oil change) of any car you select.

Car Selection Guidelines
Dealership Cars - The maximum price for a selected car is now $1,000,000
DLC Cars - Only DLC cars that are FREE and currently still available in the PlayStation Store can be selected.

Track Selection Guidelines
Any non-DLC track can be selected as long as a single lap with the car combo'd with it would not take more than five minutes to complete. For example, don't select anything that includes the Nurburgring's Nordschleife.

Race Date: 15 February 2015
Currently tracking 17 Incident Reports

We have at least one prize winner with a racing incident being investigated by the stewards. This may, obviously, change the order of the prizes to be selected. All winners are asked to refrain from making selections until the Weekly Steward's report has been posted.

The target deadline for the Steward Reviews, this week, is Wednesday night by 10PM Eastern. The Steward Summary will be posted as soon as possible, following completion of reviews.

:@: SNAIL Stewards, please make your way to The Incident Review Scoring.

The IR Submission Form is now closed.

Do you think sometime we could jump in a lobby and you could give me some pointers. I understand the concepts just having the hardest dang time adjusting to a 900 degree wheel with drifting. Use to hit like 20k + points average on a course with my old thrustmaster t80 and am now hitting like 3-4k with my g27 lol.

dont concentrate on the points the system is flawed. i havent been on much lately but if i do its on sunday morinings.

You can adjust the lock to lock rotation of the g27.

Check this thread out to find out how to do it.
its better to use the full 900 for drifting

What would you say is more important to focus on then as a measure of improvement?
And I hear ya, I would love to set up some time to drift with ya if your ever interested.

Focus on the angle of the car and the speed going through the corner. in drift comps its important to hit clipping points.

Greetings gentlemen! I would love to be a member, and look forward to some more good races. Ive got the same PSN as my posting name.

@Unfathomed10

Here's your official SNAIL Welcome Post!
Thanks for your interest!
Here's what you need to know (and do) in order to join:

We run a clean league by enforcing a strict penalty system based on the SNAIL OLR (which is a modified version of the GTP OLR). We also expect all of our drivers to know and follow The Good Racecraft Guide. Please become versed in both if you aren't already. Once that is complete, please follow the steps below to complete your entry into the league:

1. You start a conversation and add @CoachMK21, @Dragonwhisky, @JLBowler, @nmcp1 & @zer05ive as participants. The conversation title should be "Request To Join".

2. SNAIL Administrators will respond with specific instructions on what you need to accomplish to join the SNAIL [Spec] Racing club. Sunday races are organized exclusively through the GT6 Community features within the game.

3. Place the following links (URLs) in the favorites (or bookmarks) in your web browser for quick reference. Please make every effort to read and understand the following links. Over the years a great deal of time and effort has gone into creating this league and we would like nothing more than to have you but we ask that you take the time and effort to do your homework. 99.9% of any question you may have about SNAIL can be found in the posts below.
4. You drive fast and clean on Sunday 👍

Again, the original post has everything you need to know about what to expect on Sunday night and what you will need to have completed in order to be competitive. If you have any questions, please feel free to post your question on the thread. If you have a preference for car/wheel colour and racing number, please follow the instruction contained here.

During the week we run a number of different events, we encourage all SNAILs to join as many as possible.
Welcome to SNAIL

Due to a failure in the postal system I must put off my return to snail. They lost some important documents and I was not notified until progressive said they wanted $956! Had to change insurance companies overnight and there went my tv budget. Although the new place is saving me about $60 a month 👍

Sorry if I got any of the old timers around here excited. I will be back :gtpflag:

So my friend's local bar is starting an open mic night and I'm probably going to do my first gig next Wednesday night. I played with a band once and that was fun but it only lasted a few months and a handful of shows (with no one really paying attention).

I'm not that great at singing and playing together so I'm thinking just do all instrumental jams. I can make each song last a good 2-3 minutes, easily more if I fool around repeatedly. I've been playing at home and trying to figure out what works. This is really tough. Who knows what'll happen but I hope I get my beers on the house for the whole night.

AND your going to post a video of you doing it so we can... Enjoy! Yeah that's the right words:D the fruits of your labors!

That comes out of my kitchen. Right along with the deep fried, bacon wrapped, hot link. Take that bad boy, put it on a hoagie roll and cover it with chili and you've got one great chili dog.
lol no you have a heart attack in a bun! and damn that's a nice kitchen table.
WHAT? no back bacon? thought everybody in the great white north ate back bacon with their molson cliffE "take off, to the great white north, it's the beauty way to go,eh?"
back bacon's gross and so is beer for that matter! lol

To clear up any confusion, the picture is just grabbed from the internet. That's not my kitchen table. I do make chicken fried bacon from time to time though. I also can chicken fry just about anything. Chicken fried baby back ribs are quite tasty.

We tried back bacon on a tree, it needs to be skewered eh, so it's more difficult to find the right branch, plus it takes a lot longer to cook. Bacon's so much easier. Mmmmm....beer and bacon for breakfast, sitting by the fire, ya, beauty eh!

Sorry for the double post, hit reply to soon above, doh!
