Word on the street is @kickenit4evr is testing and will announce his selection before the deadline

I've heard the same word. I've also heard what the Prize B winner may be planning to do. As always, noting is official until it's posted and the deadline is there to encourage the posting of that information.

lol this is like dip french-fried patatoes into smashed patatoes

That actually sounds good, whatever it is or you tr.......what and what? something smashed something
Sinna, whatever this is, make it and bring it to the races this weekend. Bring enough to share with the rest of D8 though.

I think, and correct me if I'm wrong, he's talking about making mashed potatoes out of french fries. If that's the case, it's genius. It could be made better with little pieces of bacon in the mashed potatoes.

All I know is that now I'm hungry.

I may not be Canadian but I do like me some poutine. It's potatoes, gravy, and cheese. What's not to like?

Because @JLBowler mentioned chicken fried bacon, I went out and bought the ingredients........ Hello heart attack.

After talking about it, I had to make it yesterday. I did two batches. The first I left the bacon flexible and we ate it while it was still hot. I cooked the other batch longer until the bacon was nice and crispy. Doing it that may makes for a "bacon chip" as the coating and the bacon is nice and crispy. Just break it up in to bite sized pieces and use some white gravy for dipping sauce.
