I remember seeing a Meme a while ago about an FR Car thats pp was 00. It was obviously some sort of glitch and I was wondering what car this was.

I've heard that one too. I think the car being mentioned was the Nissan GT-R Prototype (Standard). If it had worked I think we would've heard a lot more about it by now as this was a week or two ago.

I just made it up. The slider scale in the seasonals was all the shatter and I just wondered what if... a car was worth zero pp... and the rest, as they say, got the post moderated.

So - The CAR is not worth zero PP

NO - The road going GT-R LM is a nice enough car but its PP rating is reasonable enough -

I think the Toy Yoda GT86 is the car that is the money maker shaker at present.
