1/4 wheelie help one-77

Can someone help me understand: I’m having a hard time understanding how to tune to wheelie off the line I’ve tried tons of different transmission equations with my one-77 and i can only get it to wheelie out the pit but for some reason can’t get it to wheelie from 0-60 I’ve seen people launch from 2nd gear I tried it and it ran a better time but still no wheelie. Can someone point me to the right direction

Its also important that you have your suspension and lsd setup correctly to do wheelies. transmission is important but not super important for wheelies.

Noob question but do all cars use the same suspension settings for it to wheelie, say I wanted to use my wheelie settings I use for my 991 on my rx7 could that work?
