It'd be accurate in my neck of the woods. "3000GT" they were called here, and they had super low profile tires on them. Maybe they were stock on VR-4s.Either someone drove the hell outta that GTO beforehand or Tomica bought some really thin tires for it... Such a small "rubber" wall!
I got the Nissan President patrol car in other day? DIY were just the mirrors & one antenna.
you need to post that CM's/TLV comparison pic!
but realistic detail such as the Integrale 16v writing is outstanding.
Edit: @Spacegoat you need to post that CM's/TLV comparison pic!
Just a couple quick ones I took. It's not an ideal comparison, considering the CM's is a rally car. Interesting in seeing a6's comparison with the plain red Integrale.Did someone just say.. Comparison pic?!?!
How are they able to it get so freakin small!? That's what I want to know.
Crazy.

Mine's good. Maybe the passenger-side rear at the bottom look like it's short one tiny scrape's worth. There is a real tiny speck in the paint on the roof of the "hire" President I got though. *checks casting* Passenger-side rear again, it's little more noticeable on this one. Still the casting looks 99+% perfect to me? Maybe 95% on the "hire", because of the speck on the roof.I did too, and I've been meaning to post complaint pics for a different reason.
It's the first TLV I've owned that has casting issues--namely there's some metal missing around the front wheel wells, like enough wasn't poured in and it left some thin spots.
Give yours a look, maybe it's a fault with the mold?
I think me & goat both thought TLV won by very small margin. For me, in headlamps & tailpipe(s). Having said that, I plan on doing my own comparison & also research the typical market price/msrp when they were new, because I suspect that CM's were hella cheaper. Depending on how much each manufacture charged for their Delta, I very well could declare the CM's as the winner, CM's pretty impressive. No clear winner, but as we might have all expected, TLV stays tidier than CM's work.

Those Lancias are fantastic, but I will pass on them... For now. That Mitsubishi is oldly satisfying. These turned up today.

J/k. Take your time.
Chuck E Cheese's branding's cool, but that Little Debbie's box van!I think I will take the Little Debbie sets and the Chuck E Cheese's cars next time I go.
This is where my experience kicks in from watching many court dramas & movies: I would've demanded dibs on the first round of the K-Day sealed cases. If they still refuse to make it right, bring up the Constitution, specifically the Second Amendment(don't do that, you'll get arrested lol). Its been at least two years since I was last at a Kday.
And speaking of Kmart, I have a slight update: I called and they said they'd look into it and take the necessary action. They also said I'm also free to go inside the particular Kmart store I had my little situation in, but I'm gonna wait about a month from now just to let things "settle down" so to speak.
All I want is just a $1000 Sears/Kmart gift card so I can buy a :censored:load of tools. The only guns I'll be involved with are impact guns. This is where my experience kicks in from watching many court dramas & movies: I would've demanded dibs on the first round of the K-Day sealed cases. Indeed. The race car is nice, but what really has my attention is that Corvette!Chuck E Cheese's branding's cool
It's pretty cool, but the one I really want is that ex Corgi Off Road Racer.but that Little Debbie's box van!

At first, I thought it was one of those orange cones? Look, a prop came loose, but it's cool that it came with accessories..... Then I took a closer look. This car came in a padded envelope from Japan.
So many poorly packaged Tomicas come from Japan, that I'm now convinced that Japanese couriers actually handle packages with care, and the Japanese sellers have no idea the kind of torture test their packages will be put through overseas. In the U.S., it's not rare to see packages arrive looking like the rig that transported it crashed & totaled.
Anywho, yes, that's a loose steering wheel. I'm in the claim process with an Amazon seller as I post this. Never gets old.

Saw all the ones I don't want at Walmart(entertainment series, rubber tires).Ok maybe a stupid question but are the gran turismo cars really exclusive to Walgreens or will they appear in other stores? Haven't been to Walgreens for cars yet but if that's the case I'll stop by a few Walgreens after K day to see if there's any GT cars there.
Wow. Japan Booster actually pack them well.I had one arrive like that from Japan Booster, steering wheel and column completely detached and rolling around the interior. They were shocked to see the pictures and immediately replaced it. Like you said, I don't think they see that kind of damage domestically.
No Andy. No!Whoa, steering wheel error! Cool find, man!
Edit: That's soOOOooo money!
It is a weird package. It's Nissan Leopard. I've stalked it for about two years now. One of the cheapest TLVs around.
Amazing, how the steering wheels not only came lose but how it worked it's way outside to the rear of the car like that.
Also, what kind of TLV is that? I've never seen one in a blister card before.
