Yep, this is it. I was about to do this all on my own, but thankfully it was enough to pay someone to do it for me. Payed about 400 Euros. It's 160cm x 90cm (16:9). In the game I shot about 3.550 pictures, most of those are in the mosaic and some 900 of them in the following video:



And yes I am pretty happy with the end result. Was just a nice little GT-fendom project I wanted to share with the lot of you.

Thx bud. As you can imagine, having over 3500 picture at your disposal, it really wasn't all that easy to decide on this one defining main picture.

I'm certainly not against it.

Certainly 400 Euros is not a little sum of money, but having spent God knows how many hours shooting all those Scapes, it's a 'logical' investment.

Also, doing it yourself would reqiure:
1. more money
2. much, much more time and effort
3. and it would be impossible for me to do it nearly as well as the firm did it.

I had the same "problem". What you should consider: I took about 3.000 pics, and even sitting "next to" the picture, it's not really easy to make out any of the pics. You should try with 1.000-1.500 pics on similar size. The good news is: You can get several free previews for your mosaic on this site:

You can clearly see you just smacked a translucent picture on top of the smaller ones...
