1962 Le Mans 24hr skins for Legion's Lotus Type 23 Le Mans - Real liveries of the two 23's that weren't allowed to participate

Three parts.
Firstly, the two liveries of the works Lotus Engineering #47 and the UDT Laystall Racing #48 with detailed ui_skin data.
Secondly, a UI update for the car, with a description that tells the whole sad story of rejection and revenge.
Thirdly, I thought the car needed a little bump in skin shaders, so I added them at the end of the ext_config. There's a backup of the original included, of course.
CM drag and drop install compatible, but I don't like/recommend that any more. Up to you.
