A great illustration of some of the driving you find in LFS. Sadly there are quite a few servers like this, people crashing in turn one, and colliding with each other all the time. The camera car didn't exactly do any spectacular driving but ended up in second after two laps because people infront took each other out.

with a decent setup you can take the chicane full throttle. its just got a strange line. that was one of my 1st races on that track but now i can get in the low 1'01 second range easily.

Yeah, my pb lap there is 1'01.41 I think, but I almost always have a small lift on the entry to the fast chicane just to put some load on the front tyres and for confidence. On the replay I meant to upload (but was far too big to be uploaded) I kept missing my turn-in point to the chicane by several metres, causing me to run wide and then I was compromised down the long back straight.

yeah i still havent perfected that turn either. i can take it full throttle but i lose alot of speed because i slide and lose traction through that corner.
