2 Of The Same Car. Is It Possible?

I am currently racing in the Deutsche Touring Car Meisterschaft in order to win the CLK GTR.

I was wondering, after I win and get the car, can I go back and race with the prize car and win it again while I have one already? I want to use the CLK-GTR to make the races easier (even though they are currently easy).

I'm curious because I want to milk this championship for cash since the CLK-GTR is upwards of 700k.

Yup, I did the same thing with the Amalfi Rally. I won it once and then used the RSC Rally Raid to win it again 👍

You can't enter the CLK GTR in the series, what you do is train a B spec Bob, qualify first, then let Bob race (except at the Nurburgring, there you go A spec. That's what I do.

You can't use the CLK-GTR, but the AI can in the NTSC-J version. So cruel...

Ahh, I was wrong . Naw, you can't use it for the DTM. Just use the CLK-DTM (that's the one I was thinking of ) and tune it a bit. I think you win it from the one of the Mercedes; one-make race 👍.

If you slap a Stage 4 turbo on the Mercedes CLK Touring Car, even a relatively incompetent B-Spec driver will win the DTM.

As mentioned, you can get the CLK Touring Car in the Germany --> Mercedes Benz --> Legends of the Silver Arrow manufacturers' race.

And yes, you can win any race (ie, non-license non-driving mission) prize car repeatedly. If it's not a championship series, clear the trophies when asked if you wish to do so.

Kind of off-topic, but man was I dissappointed with this series in GT4. I didn't try it until late last summer, and was expecting something super-competitive, but even using one of the lesser cars ('92 AMG Benz 190E) I found myself skooling the Ai with seconds to spare at every race except Opera/Paris.

Didn't find a true challenge until I decided to start all over, skipping qualifying this time. And on harder tires. [/semi-sarcasticrantovera7-yearoldvideogame]
