Ok.
First :
I can't get into extreme hall, i know the only proffessional race i haven't won is the gt world championship, but i can't get to that, i've beaten beginner hall and all proffesional hall (other than the gt world championship which is what i need to get to extreme events).



Second :
What's the best car for 4,500,000?

i own a audi race car, bmw v12 race car, and gt-one race car.

The first one is the classical newcomer question. The answer is simple: you haven't won everything. Either you have done some championship as single races and are missing the overall trophy or you have some races that you haven't won. Don't say you have won everything. You haven't.

And the second: Pescarolo C60/Judd Race Car 2004.

Both of these questions could have been answered by using the Search function of the forums. Use it in the future or the next unnecessary thread you'll make won't get such a patient first poster.
