2003 wrc champ is........

Congrats Petter!!!!!!!!!!! (like he's gonna hear)
👍 👍
Yea, after seeing him celebrate, I was glad that he won the championship this year. He trully deserved it IMO! :D

I was quite torn between Carlos and Petter. Carlos drove like a true pro this year (sad he'll be retiring at the end of 2004

) After Sainz misfortune though I was 100% Petter.

And Tommi Makinen grabbing one final podium before bowing out of the sport. That really put the cherry on top.
I truly believe this was the greatest finale of all motorsports this year. 👍

Much the same, although I would have been reasonably happy with Loeb picking it up - not often I've seen three drivers in contention in the final round and been happy whoever won!

As a driver of a blue Subaru, though, I am quite happy with this result! Petter's a good, enthusiatic bloke, and his driving's been getting better and better.

Petter and Sebastien are the future of WRC, and it's good to see it came down to the end. Congrats to Petter, i couldn't think of a more deserving person!

whats a bit of a shame is the sebs boss said to make sure he finished at all cost... it does mean he wasnt pushing himself as hard as he could wh=ich would have made a more interesting finish....

oh well citroen win the manufacturers champ in their first full season. they have gotta be happy with that :)

oh and yay Petter! :D

Yeah. Even Corrado Provera (Peugeot team principal) was surprised at Citröen's decision. I mean with Grönholm out and Burns unable to compete since even before the rally began, how could have Peugeot nabbed the constructor's champ. I would've sat and thought about it if I had been Guy Frequelin (Citröen team principal)

I'll go with that - Petter is a good bloke and well done to him.

Apart from World Superbikes, the only championship this year that the person I wanted to win actually did. Well done Petter... do the same again next year. One of the best moments of this year for me was watching him finish in Magram Park (sad but true.)
