This was just a fun comparison. I've had both cars for some amount of time in the past. The FPV really does become more of a useful vehicle later down the road. However, I've always liked the GTO and was curious to know how it stacked up to the FPV GT. The results weren't suprising. But with few minor, inexpensive modifications the GTO can definately be just as mean as the FPV GT.

BTW: OMG! OMG! The FPV is sooo fast! 👍

You probably should have included the Holden Monaro (after all, the GTO is basically a Monaro with a few extras) in the test, but it's been done before. Certainly seems to be a popular write-up comparison (I've seen dozens on other forums, but GTP's are easily the best).

Are you going to start a new thread for each of these comparisons are you?

It may be a better idea to try and keep them all together in one thread. That way your "database" will be a lot more beneficial to people who may want to read up about your comparisons.

Just a friendly tip. :)
