Proud to announce that my good friend and mechanic Arron Stump at 316 Motorworks has finished building his latest and by far the most advanced, professional, and totally awesome rally car.

2004 WRX STi 316 Motorworks & IMO Fab Rally Team​

The car is running a experimental heavy deck 2.0 block from japan that they will be testing (Only 5 made I believe)
Currently running a VF-34 Turbo at 25Psi and the reason for the high psi is because he just got sponsored by Garret Turbos and they will be suppling him with a Rally Potato turbo ($5000+) that will replace it as soon as it goes. Custom fuel cell running 109-110 octane. Fully custom interior with iPad to view car information and wirelessly control goPros around the vehicle. Current power is 320whp and 400ft-lbs torque, this will dramatically change with new turbo. Every aspect of the vehicle is either brand new or fully rebuilt the car has 44miles on it.

Him and his team of 5 will be leaving tomorrow (Sunday Jan. 19th 2014) to their first event at Sno* Drift Rally America in Michigan on Jan. 24th 2014 to compete in the Open Class. The car will be driven by Hawk Miller who has competed in numerous under class rallies but this will be his first major rally. Their co-driver is Mustafa Samli who has 30 years of co-driving experience and has competed in the World Rally Championship as well as Rally America events.

More twerk than Miley. I love the way that the outside (at least to me) doesn't seem showy or flashy at all, but I am questioning a white paint job on a rally car...

The cars nickname is Miley for that reason haha, I thought it was clever. Yeah they are such a new team we dont really have the budget or the time for a big fancy vinyl. If they do well more sponsors will hopefully come and help support the team. I might be in charge of the actual car design They still had a handful of stickers from supporters to put on but nothing fancy just text and business logos.

Ill post more when the rally is over and should have some pretty awesome GoPro footage to share as well. Thanks for the nice words everyone!
