2022 SPA Hot Fix - 2022 SPA FRANCORCHAMPS FIX

I saw the spa 2022 mod had a few issues and decided to fix this and share with everyone. I don't use this track often anymore, which is why I saw these issues now.

-Enjoy


-Reverted back to the Kunos textures/asphalt
-Fixed the digital flag lights (no longer showing white) Thanks to chas1723 on RD
-Added yellow caution to the digital flag Thanks to Jim1986 on RD
-Fixed the weird trail that floats above the track for the 2022 layout
